Myself and my husband went in today too browse for a new refrigerator and ended up leaving with that and a new dishwasher, stove and microwave! They were having there awesome 4th of July sale! Chandler was absolutely awesome and I recommend anyone who goes there too ask for him! He was so quick and helpful! Always a great experience at CONNS and we will continue to shop here in the future and recommend to all our family and friends ! Thank you !😊

My husband and I worked with Adam for our livingroom furniture purchase and the experience was awesome!!!! Adam was extremely professional, personable and courteous. He did a fantastic job of listening to what we were looking for, while also allowing us time and space to look over all the selections in the show room. Once we came to a decision, Adam made sure to communicate everything in detail and that all our questions were answered to our satisfaction. Everyone at this store was very friendly and we would definitely see Adam again for future purchases!!! Fantastic experience!!!!!

Sales and selection were great!! Could not have asked for a better experience with Stephon Jackson in the Chandler location. The delivery team were professional and conscientious when delivering the stove. Overall an outstanding experience with Conn’s. I will definitely look to use them in the future.

Stopped by last week since my family and i just bought a new home and needed some appliances. The experience we had with this location and the employees was awful. As a person who works in customer service it takes a-lot to really upset me since i look at all points before getting bothered by anything at all. If there was an option to do zero stars that would be my choice in regards to my experience here. The workers here are so unprofessional and i should have saw the red flags and left with that before giving them my money. First off we were greeted by stefan who seemed pretty friendly he showed us around, after that he quietly told us how his manager is weird and stated how he wanted “to meet us in person” for whatever reason. We talked to the manager who gave us his card and said if anything was to happen. Meanwhile My husband and i found a fridge we really liked and stated we wanted to purchase, they told us they were out of stock but could sell us the floor model. We asked stefan what the size was and he mentioned it being standard size didn't mentioned that there are different standard size fridges so we weren't aware that we would have issues fitting it. We started the process of buying and no where did they ever mention we could not return if anything happened to it or we come across any issues. They sold us a nice picture about how delivery was free and how they would come and set it up for us and all. First off when delivery came they didn't even set it up they dropped it off put it in the kitchen didn't plug in or anything and took off. I got off from work and tried to fit the fridge in the area and it did not fit. So i called conns to ask if they could take it back and stated the situation i was told by stefan to come by the store and the manager could help with the return. I even stated i was willing to pay more money to get a fridge that fits properly mind we already paid upfront 1100. We show up to the store and wasted about an hour or two for them to tell us they cant help us and to call customer care. Even after telling them that delivery didn't do their part all they said was oh it seemed like delivery knew it wasn't gonna fit so they said oh well and took off so they didn't have to deal with it, being also that it was heavy. This was coming from the salesman himself and what he noted was a quote from the co manager. No apology what so ever and as i was upset the the option that they told me was to go to home depot and buy a saw to cut the edges so the fridge would fit. Then continued to ask if i found furniture i was interested in. This has been such a nightmare. Do not waste your money on this store. We are new home owners and we were interested in buying furniture and much more appliances but to be honest they lost my respect and we will not be returning customers. Save yourself the trouble and hassle and go somewhere else. They showed an attitude of unwillingness to help. I have never been more disappointed in a company like this before

Total rip off company. Thus the name conns. You will be told anything needed to make the sale. If you pay $83 when you owe $84, you will be reported to credit bureaus as not paying and charged late fees. Be ready to pay for a warranty on every product you buy even if you refused it at purchase time. It will not be removed even after emailing a request within 1st month of purchase. Good luck getting a receipt or even seeing the charges before you sign the agreement. Definitely do not charge anything from this company. Mainly the Chandler store. I made my purchase in Aug 2019 and have been told one lie after another since.
01/11/2022: Company is never wrong. Customer is wrong. I am finally completing payments. Look at my response from the company. Do they not understand English? Their representatives have apologized for the hardships this company has put on me, put in a request to fix the problem and the head honchos ignore it. I hope you learn from my mistake and shop elsewhere!

We had a great experience with our salesman Mike Dohrmann! He was friendly, efficient & didn’t make us feel any sort of pressure. We went to Conn’s looking for a bedroom set & found what we were looking for! Mike explained the financing options, broke down our monthly payments and explained the delivery process. Thank you, Mike for making our very first bedroom furniture purchase an easy, wonderful experience. Can’t wait to see our new furniture in our space on Friday!

Worked with Mike (with the glasses) was awesome and it was so easy. In and out within 30 minutes. Will be happy to do business with them again.

It very happy with this place. Went there to get couches found the couches we wanted and planned to get them. But the sales people were extremely pushy and made us feel like we were being rushed. To me a couch purchase is a big purchase and I do not want to be rushed. But they kept asking you like this, you going to get it, and I just decided I wasn’t going to be pressured and left. They have nice stuff but unless you want to go in and out just avoid .
