Kevin did an excellent job identifying the issue and also explaining what was repaired along with the cause. Added some down the road maintenance recommendations along with keeping an eye on possible faulty pump that is showing signs of wear. I’ll be requesting Kevin by name on future maintenance and repairs

Our technician, Aiden, was awesome! He was polite and knowledgeable.

Sent a technician who didn’t seem familiar with hot water heaters. In the end, charged $175 to not be able to tell us what was wrong, but proceeded to try to sell us a new water system. When you can’t tell me what’s wrong with mine, how do you “know” it needs to be replaced?

Got someone else to come look at it. They cleaned several parts out and it works like new.

Kevin was incredibly helpful! Our water heater had been down for 3 weeks, and we’d already worked with another company who were unable to repair it and insisted we needed a new system. We called Knik Heating for a second opinion and Kevin had the water heater running again in an hour. He was friendly and professional, explained what was going on, and gave us helpful information about how our system was plumbed. We’ll definitely be working with him and Knik Heating again in the future when we replace our system.

They tried to scam my mom for $15,000!!! 😡 Got her boiler fixed and running the next day by another company… just needed water in the tank!

Edit: how unprofessional is this company sharing notes (that are not all true) about my moms case! AND call my mother who is in her upper 70’s and chew her out about my review?!?! Seriously? And I had to help her cancel the loan!! They lied about the fact that her house could have blown up and they told her that it was impossible to fix it!! 😡 I am glad I stopped it before it escalated or she would be paying on a loan for the rest of her life!! Extremely unprofessional!!!

It’s time to provide you with another review of all the outstanding work Knik Heating performed to repair and upgrade my outmoded heating system after experiencing a complete failure during November 2022. The failure was due to very specific parts upon which the entire heating system depended and were no longer available or manufactured. Alex Hanson diagnosed and planned a new and much improved system that was not as exotic as the old system and would have standard parts and very dependable parts available. He showed me his detailed plans and provided me with options. Please keep in mind that all heating lines in the home had to be drained in order to prevent a catastrophic freeze. Knik provided me with 6 space heaters and I turned on the gas fireplace to keep the home heated. Tyler and Nate installed the new system and continued to troubleshoot problems due to the contaminated water in the in-floor pex and base board piping. It was a huge job! The cost was very reasonable and parts are warranted for life because I’m a Gold level member. It’s been one year since completion of the project and the heating system works better than ever. Knik continues the 2 service calls a year and Aiden is now keeping tabs o the system. The front office with owner Pat Hall at the helm also has Sierra, Katherine and Kiera as the vital individuals who seamlessly bring crew and projects together.
Knik Heating is a superb operation whose crew cares about establishing a long term working relationship based on outstanding performance with each home and business owner. I’m proud to be part of their business family. Well done. Keep up th good work

These guys are seriously the best. Super professional, knowledgeable and absolutely committed to what they do. I couldn't be happier with them. Garrett is so incredibly polite and easy to talk to. Never once felt awkward about any of them inside my home - and as a bonus they are super polite and patient with my kids! I plan on being a long time customer of theirs and honestly couldn't imagine going anywhere else.
