These guys were booked solid but still got Kevin out in a couple hours to look at my dying water heater. He got it running again, and clearly laid out my options for repair. I ended up ordering a replacement water heater from them, and they installed it today. Installation was completed quickly and professionally. The office staff/dispatch were awesome as well. They provided me detailed and timely updates throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this company.

Our 40 year old Rheem furnace's fan stopped running. Called service and techician came in next day. Zachary was very professional and he explained the options to get a new furnace or repair the old one. We decided to have him to fix old furnace but other option was also explained by him and by manager who visited worksite during repair. Parts were ordered and installed. Repair cost was less than expected and furnace is working again. Thank you for a great service and we look into replacement option later.

The repairman was a little early to the appointment but that was great. He went right to work once I explained the problem and showed him the water heater. He also helped instruct me as to how to maintain the water treatment feature attached to the unit. Absolutely no complains. Great work.

Thank you Knik Heating for doing a great job. As a member of your Precision Tune Ups program you came and did inspections on three units (furnace, garage heater and water heater) and finally did a whole home duct and dryer vent cleaning. Each of your technicians were on time, friendly, respectful and thorough in there job. Even the main office staff were great with rescheduling due to conflicts and also with the text/email reminders. Would certainly recommend your services.

Office called and reminded me it was time for annual maintenance on my oil boiler. My tech KEVIN came out the following week at scheduled time and performed maintenance. He was very professional and definitely knew what he was doing. This company is full service, knowledgeable, professional.

Guy showed up a bit late and since I was off work for this service call it was OK. What was NOT Ok is that he had no intention of doing any work. Nope, not at all. Instead he took pictures, listened to my heating woes and left stating I would get a call with an estimate. All this for $145. I thought I was very clear about the work I wanted and had prepared his work area making it clean and accessible. I had no idea he was just there to take pictures and then ghost me. I want my money back as no services were rendered. And I am looking for an honest heating company I can rely on.

Every time I call this company they try to sign me up for a membership as if it's the first time I've called them. The final straw was today.
I purchased a membership from them in March of this year. After which they came out for their first of two promised inspections/maintenance of my unit. No problems before their service, afterwards my heat stopped working the same day. Technician came back out three times over the next week, finally 'fixed it' (it was due to their mistake), and the problem seemed to go away. This was at the end of the heating season, so all summer it was fine. After all that, they tried to charge me extra money in 'dispatch fees' to fix what they broke to begin with.
Heat runs for a month when it gets cold again, and we're having the same problem again. Called them to ask when second promised inspection was. And they told me I could buy a 2022 annual membership from them, when I corrected them that I already had one and reminded them of previous service, they asked me which of my two houses it would be at - I've only ever owned one house in Alaska.
I don't think they're intentionally swindling people, I just don't think they know what they're doing. Been a really poor experience overall.

I had a gentleman come out and look at my unit because I kept loosing hot water. This company said “nothing was wrong,” yet the problem continued. I went with Rock Solid who found there was a literal gas leak, the igniter was fried, which is why the hot water kept going out, the vent on unit 1 was caked in sediment residue, tanks on both units were visibly leaking. I honestly don’t think they even went into the unit or they would have seen the leak and the vent but I was indeed charged. I would recommend to save your money and invest with a company that possess a highly level of professionalism.
