When a other company did not order parts, I had already waited two weeks. Knik rescued me and this winter I will feel a lot more comfortable. The technician was brilliant, except for muddy shoes. Would suggest those coverings next time.

I didn't know they did plumbing too. We've used these guys for years, but when I found out they did plumbing too, we had them do this while they were out here. They are always great with prioritizing. When our heater was out in the winter, they were out here the same day even though we told them we had a gas fireplace and boiled a huge pan of hot water and were not in trouble. They are so responsive and kind. Great group of people. This week we had Alex and then Tyler work on our plumbing and they were great! Highly recommend them.

Knik Heating was very quick to respond to any questions we had during the process of getting a new Furnace and Tankless water heater. The staff that came to the house to install these were very friendly and more than happy to explain everything that they were doing. The only problem that I had was not being informed of how long the process would take but when I expressed this frustration they were quick to call and apologize and explain what happened. They are extremely busy and yet they make you feel like you are the most important client they have. I will use Knik Heating for all maintenance and other issue we may have in the future for our heating needs.

I had a concern about all the codes that were popping up on our furnace but John D. Lyberger gave me the assurance that everything was fine. He took the time to correct a design flaw in the intake and out-take pipes (I guess that is what they are called) on the outside of the house so that one did not affect the other during these negative cold months. BTW, buy at least the Silver package that they offer you. It saves you from having to pay for visits like this one.

I’m not sure what others have experience in the past but I will tell you that this company has really taken care of my family over the past three weeks. Garrett was just here cleaning out ducts. After seeing the before and after pictures...I’m so glad that I got it done. He was very professional. Mark and his team were here last week taking care of my water heater and installing a garage heating unit. Can’t say enough about this company especially with these two young men. Not trying to steal you away but the Air Force could use your talents!

My furnace started acting up a couple of months ago so I knew something had to be done. I tried to other companies to see if they would come out to take a look after I could do no more DIY fixes. It took over a week for one company to contact me. When I got up two days ago, my furnace had died. I called Knik heating and they sent someone over right away. Gilbert made sure to advise me about the pros and cons of the repair that could happen and then James came to see if I wanted a repair or a replacement. I decided to go with the replacement based off of what he explained. He did not pressure me at all. The finance options they have are great. Joseph and Mark were supreme professionals. It was a pleasure to have them in our home! Thank you for sending them out! I recommend this company with high praise!

Both office and tech services friendly and professional. Focused on customer service which is rare these days. A pleasure to work with and I'll continue to utilize their services.

Great service, on time and efficient. John does a great job explaining in detail issues and recommendation to make the heating system more efficient. I was impressed with John L's manner. It appears the job was done in a clean, professional manner. When I received the recommended work quotes, which included their prices, however, it did not reflect the discount I was quoted on the phone, which was a main reason for going with Knik H, as I had various quotes from other Co's. I will call the office this morning and find out if they will honor their discounted quote. If so, I will go ahead with the work they recommended as I feel they are a reputable Co. in the valley. I called and I I got the discount! J. Mahoney.

Many companies throughout Alaska could greatly learn form Knik Heating. They were easy to work with, affordable, communicated clearly, arrived on time, did a fantastic job. Not only that but their service tech was friendly, diligent, and did an all around great job.
