I was having trouble with my boiler. PAT the owner and his new service tech came check it out. Did a complete diagnosis, install the parts I needed and double checked everything. Unit is now working perfect! Would highly recommend them. Thank you Knik Heating!

We called knik heating on Sunday for an emergency service, the total change was over $300. Unfortunately, the tech (while tracking insulation through the house from the attic) only temporarily corrected the problem. 1 week later, again on sunday, we lost hot water again. We checked the attic pipes that the tech cleared and they were fine, however the blockage was in the exhaust pipe on the roof. my husband had to climb onto our roof and break through the frozen ice with a broom, hopefully without breaking anything or sliding off. I will not be calling knik again.

John came the day after we called about a non emergency issue with our water pump; he quickly diagnosed and remedied our problem. John was helpful and pleasant to work with and we are very grateful to have our pump working efficiently again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! If I could give zero stars I would. We hired them for pre-sale cleaning and inspection of our systems, knowing we are out of state, and they told us we needed either thousands of dollar in a warranty repair that could take 2-3 weeks or a whole new heating system that they could install right away. Turned off our heat, in Alaska, during the winter and left the house before he called to inform us of what he found. We had to ask him to go back and turn on the water to keep our pipes from freezing, he didn't offer to leave electric heaters or anything. We hired a second company to come out that night (in less than an hour, thank you Mat-Su Mechanical, who I highly recommend) to reinspect the system and he found nothing wrong and had the evidence to back it up. We tried to contact the owners of Kink Heating to speak about this issue and they will not call us back and its been almost a month. After this happened to us we found out they have done this before during pre-sale inspections; scaring the sellers into installing a new heating system so they can sell their house in a timely manner. They are SCAM ARTISTS!!

They charged me over 500 dollars for a igniter for my furnace when you could get the same part on eBay for 31 dollars. They are crooks. Do not do business with them.

This was not an after hours or an emergency call out. They were even hours late to the scheduled appt time.

Everyone is very professional and did great work. We couldn't be happier. I think we must've had everyone from the team out here at one time or another, but thank you for the strong work John, Ron, Joe, Shanon, Alex, and Patrick!

Lee Robinson provided great service. Very knowledgeable and professional young man. The price was fair for Saturday call out but the quote for the work needing to be done was outrageously high.

David was VERY polite and Professional. went beyond what we expected in working late and coming back when we needed him on the Holiday weekend. John His co-worker also went beyond the call.
Bottom line, I'm DEFINITELY Using Knik Heating AGAIN
