Bowker Mechanical HVAC LLC

I am a fairly knowledgeable person for fixing my hearing unit, but was stumped. I called Bowker 5-10 minutes after they closed thinking I would leave a message but they answered. They said they could send someone now at after hour rates or if I wanted to wait for regular rate the next day. I chose the next day and they had a guy out the next morning, he was on time. He figured out the issue right away and not only fixed it, but also did some clean up from the door and debris from when I worked on it. I highly recommend Bowker to anyone who needs professional and honest service.

My husband and I were very pleased with the work that Bowker Mechanical performed at our home, i.e. replacing our old furnace. The employees arrived on time, they were polite, professional and meticulous in their work, and they did a great job removing our old furnace and installing the new one. We have used them off and on for many years with our old furnace, and we will continue to use them for any future needs we may have. We highly recommend them. They are great!

Bowker Mechanical was a wonderful company to work with on the full replacement of our heating system during an extensive home remodel. Quality Professionals. We called Bowker after a horrible experience with another company. Browker tech showed up and figured out the problem in 5 minutes. The price was reasonable and fair we will be using Bowker for all our HVAC needs in the future.

I first called Bowker Mechanical to get a second opinion on my furnace. The original company I called to inspect my aging furnace insisted I needed a new furnace immediately. Dave, the owner of Bowker, squeezed me into his schedule and inspected the furnace himself. He assured me that although my furnace was 20 years old, it was functioning and safe. When my furnace did begin having trouble (a year later), he was the first person I called. I appreciate that once again he squeezed me in and personally inspected the furnace. He gave us several options and honest advice. We did choose to replace, instead of repair, and his crew was quick, on time, and polite. I highly recommend this company!

Being new to Alaska and new to the type of boiler/furnace situation we have, we were referred to Bowker..... I am pleased to say our experience was above excellent! Nathan was on time, friendly knowledgeable and fast! Very fair pricing and it came with a warranty, parts and labor, sign of good work if you ask me. The parts were on truck so we didn't have to continue to go without heat. Nathan was able to fix our furnace when two others couldn't! I highly recommend Bowker!!!

My wife and I were out of state, I had a problem with my heating system in Sutton, I called them for help.
At first they were booked, then Mackenzie called me and advised they had a tech that could go by and have a look. I communicated with the tech, and let him in. He went right to work. He then called me to advise I needed a part, this was about 5:30 pm. He left my place, went and fetched the part, came all the way back, installed the part. Bottom line, I will use them again in the future. Outstanding service, outstanding willingness to get the job done, my heating fixed, and made sure we didn’t freeze up. Bowker mechanical responded immediately to my call when my furnace zone controls failed. The staff there is quick, focused while working, and the best price. I would contact them again with any other heating issues I have, and will have them do the install on the heating system when I build my new garage.

I have experience with Bowker as an employee and a customer prior to working for them. Dave the owner is a great example of someone who strives for integrity, efficiency, and quality. Things that are hard to find all together. As an employee, the expectation was high quality work efficiently done. With that came clear communication, repsect, and reward for hard work.
