Knik did a great job of getting me in the queue on short notice. The technician (John) was on time, thorough, and efficient. Very happy with the work. I was surprised by the price charged. Not certain if this was because I was an add-in to their schedule or if these are their standard prices. The work was less than an hour but I was charged a flat fee equivalent to 3 hours.

Responded promptly, job was done in no time at all and they were very good about cleaning up after themselves. They were prompt on the appointment Time and always let me know when they were on their way with a picture of who to expect. They had no problem with answering my questions and I had a lot of them. It was a small job of installing a new pressure tank of which I know nothing about. I was super pleased

Just wanted to say thank you for coming out this week and getting our new furnace and hot water heater installed. You said they would be working before I left to work and you stood by your word with that. Each one of your employees were polite and respectful of our home. Everyone took the time to let us know they were on the way and took the time to answer all our questions. The office staff called to let us know the status of everything from the start to completion. UPDATE: I upgraded my review from 4 to 5 stars because of the ultimate outcome of what transpired during the tech visit. I gave 4 stars because I was initially quoted $988 to replace a "faulty" electronic component + service plan + visit. I paid it, but a few minutes later the tech came back and said that he made a mistake and that the only trouble was a blown fuse, I think they cost a nickel. He corrected the invoice and initiated a refund. I followed up with the office the next day and an email for refund was received. The cost came to around $400+ which was because i signed up for a PM service plan. Which I am happy about.

Ultimately, the technician was faced with an ethical choice. After realizing his mistake, does he continue forward and keep the profits, I would have been none the wiser or does he own his mistake and do the right thing? The technician chose wisely. I pray for future success for this ethical company. I'm proud to be a customer of Knik Heating on their service plan.

I had a heating emergency after normal business hours over the weekend during the deepest cold we’ve experienced this winter. Called Knik Heating and spoke to Dave. He was very professional, and reacted quickly. Within an hour and a half the problem was diagnosed, parts were ordered, and I was kept informed. Shortly thereafter I was informed that the parts were obtained,and the repairs were complete later that day. They were also over $300.00 less than another reputable company I’d used in the past. Top Tier Experience! I will definitely use this company in the future, and I will highly recommend!

Customer service was amazing actually but that’s all I can really say. Paid for a diagnostic and the diagnostic was correct but the quote for the work they needed to do was out of this world I will never use them again for any reason. I was looking at being charged 838.45 for a pressure relief valve and an expansion tank. I don’t know what kind of mark up but that is incredible I don’t know any plumber or technician that would feel comfortable doing a job like that for that cost. I called Cassidy’s plumbing and they fixed it in 25 minutes and it cost dramatically less and they are located in anchorage. And dramatically I mean hundreds less. Tech was nice and cordial. And customer service was incredibly thorough but the labor and parts mark up and them having a “flat rate” is absolutely ridiculous

Excellent job! From the customer service over the phone to the professionalism experienced during our appointment, Knik Heating did a PHENOMENAL job! I asked a lot of questions and our technician did a great job of listening and answering. COVID-19 procedures were conducted beautifully! Highly recommend using them in the future!

We called Knik heating as everywhere else was booked out for a month, but I’m glad we did. We needed a move out heating inspection and they fit us in within two weeks and had all issues fixed within the small window of time we had before closing day. The customer service was very friendly everytime I called and Our technician, Gilbert, was also very friendly. I highly recommend knik heating!

Knik Heating started right away as I was in the middle of a bathroom remodel and also work on the slope, so time was limited. Their service tech Ron was very polite, helpful, and did a really great job. He also went above and beyond in helping me out on a few things I was working on for my bathroom remodel. I highly recommend Knik Heating if you are in need of updating your heating or water heating appliances.

I would just like to say that, Ron O. and his partner Brent H., did a fast, professional job. These guys were great. They explained what they did and how the water heater worked. They also showed me some preventive maintenance I should preform to make it, not only work better, but how to keep my bill low. I want to to say thanks again.
