Joe East Heating and Cooling

Joe East was great! They fixed my dad up with a brand new Carrier system. They were punctual and professional. The installers were very knowledgeable and went over the system with him once it was installed. We look forward to using them on the awesome maintenance agreement program they have!

This is the second year that we have used the services of Joe East Heating and A/C and we have been extremely pleased with them. We love the one hour service they provide to inspect and check out both of our systems. Give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

I used them to come and service my unit, the guy that came out was very friendly and I thought knowledgeable. However by the time he left he was saying that everything was bad. Got a second loom from a much smaller company and 75 dollars later my a/c was fixed. These guys don't want to fix your a/c they want to sell you a new one.

Scheduled a time easily and the technician, Guy, called me to discuss arrival time as he was going to be early. I was available and he got it knocked out on my lunch break! He fixed the issue, showed me the other issues with the 25 year old unit. He told us our options, but not push me to buy something I did not need at that moment because we didn't have the money for those extra repairs. Guy was professional, funny, and pleasant to be around. I will be calling back when it is time to fix the other isssues

The pan under the HVAC unit had filled up with water and the overflow prevention switch activated because the drain line had gotten plugged so the water couldn't drain out. The Joe East office managed to find a technician to come out and unplug the drain and empty the water from the pan.

Prompt arrival at my house, immediate detection of the problem (including the dead mouse that shorted and died across the starting capacitor terminals), and immediate replacement of the old capacitor. The maintenance by adding coolant at my request into the 16 year-old air conditioner. Prompt, professional, and polite -- with no attempt to do more than was needed.

I have Joe East taking care of all my HVAC needs at office and home. They have done an excellent job of taking car of all if my needs. I am especially impressed with Guy as I watch him answer to calls of people really in need no matter where in North Alabama the job is required, He is an asset to the company.
