We had an old unit in the house we purchased. We had other technicians to come and service it but was not satisfied with the service provided. My husband contacted ACS and Robert Akins came out and repaired our old unit. In fact, it ran for years after that but we also knew that it would not last for long. When we decided to get a new unit, we went back to ACS. We are so pleased with what Robert and his team has done. Not too often you will see the president of the company on site with his crew, but Robert was here, both days. He made sure everything was done right and even explained the changes that needed to be made - (even the barrier to protect the unit from being bumped by the car). Robert and his crew are professionals. I highly recommend without reservation ACS for every heating/air repairs and replacements you may have.

Robert and his crew were great! They explained the entire process, what we needed vs what may be best and didn't try to oversell us. Anytime I had questions they were there to answer them and the were friendly. They even cleaned up after themselves, so everything looked how it did before they came. I'd recommend them to anyone that is looking for a new AC or heater!

We had ACS install new duct work for the existing heat pump system in our house. With the new duct work the temperature of the air coming from the system improved greatly. The warm air from the heat pump was actually warm during the winter which it had not been before. The cool air in the summer has been like it should be cold. The distribution of the air in the entire house also improved, we had some vents not putting out much air and others blowing very hard. The previous duct work had been developing condensation on the outside of the duct insulation, actually dripping water on the ground in the crawl space, we no longer have this issue either. The installation process went very well and the installers were very courteous. My wife and I both agree that this was one of the best investments we have made.

Had two old units replaced and yearly maintenance performed by ACS. They provide excellent service, show up on time, provide the most reasonable prices in town, and, most importantly, they will not attempt to sell you something you don't need.

Honest, reliable and competent. If they can't do it right they wont do it!!!
