He is meticulous (in the good way) and he and the team are always professional, friendly, and neat. Kenneth came to the rescue after a bad experience with another HVAC company. The previous company had done damage to my system when trying to diagnose an issue and refused to take ownership of their mistake. Kenneth came out on short notice, quoted a reasonable price to fix the initial issue, and was even able to save me a ton of money by repairing the part damaged by the other technician which said it couldn't be repaired. Throughout the initial communication, through to the repair and closeout of the work Kenneth was always professional and explained each step. Kenneth just installed a new 5-Ton package Heat pump for one that went out. He discussed repairing versus replacing with no sales-pressure. I decided to replace our old unit and his pricing BEAT some of the other "bigger" installers in-town. On-top of that, he takes such pride in his work and craftsmanship (making sure pipes are perfectly parallel, cracks are sealed,etc.) none of the big-box stores would even try to do that.
