Joe East Heating and Cooling

I have used Joe East 2 times in 2 years to replace AC units. My home has 2 units that were quiet old. They changed one out and the following year they changed the other one out. I'm very pleased with the work they did. They are very knoledgebale and very helpful. Their technician's are outstanding also. I definitely recommend them. And if I need something in the future, that's who I will use for sure.

A few days earlier technician determined there was a refrigerant leak and due to age of system recommended partial replacement. The installation crew showed up on schedule and got to work quickly replacing air handler. They cleaned up any mess and made sure all was working correctly before leaving. Completely satisfied with service.

Excellent service from Mr. Guy! Had our A/C fixed in less than an hour after calling. Called them at 7:15pm and Guy was finished at 8:15pm. Joe, give this man a raise!!!

Joe East installed both of my current HVAC systems about 15+ years ago. I have always had prompt service anytime I have had to call. There prices are reasonable and I don't think they have ever tried to take advantage of me or try and sell me anything that I did not need.
