Joe East Heating and Cooling

I will definitely use Joe East from now on. They installed my new HVAC unit and have been very responsive with some of the issues (not related to the install) that have popped up since the install. I really liked that they sent the same person to my house the last few times because he knew what was going on and I didn’t have to keep explaining the situation over and over. The HVAC installers and tech that serviced my unit were very professional, courteous and took the time to explain what they were doing.

We purchased a replacement Heat pump system for a 7-year old Woodlands Home house after multiple service calls for the system. Chad, the Joe East sales rep, did a superb job going over options and the advantages and disadvantages of those options. I was pleasantly surprised at his knowledge and candor regarding what system would be best-it was NOT about money-it was about what was best for us. I was content knowing that Chad assisted us in buying the correct system and not the most expensive system. When it came time for the installation a few weeks later, the Service Technicians, Randy and Danny, showed up on time and were eager to get started- they replaced a 2-ton heat pump for the upstairs. They were professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. They taught us how to use the thermostat and were extremely helpful. They cleaned up after the job which was an unexpected surprise given that most jobs like this require the customer to clean up afterwards. Joe East has been a pleasure to work with from the beginning and we have used them exclusively for the last 15 years. I cannot thank them enough. From the Office personnel to the technician’s , they are a professional company that want to do right by the Customer. In fact, the day after the installation, the main Heat pump stopped working. I thought that there was some relationship between the new system and the old. In other words, the installation of the new system contributed to the problem in the old system. I called the office and they redirected a technician to look at our system first. Chris showed up and showed me that the new system was separate from the old. He corrected the problem in the old system without charge. Who does that these days?!? I was wonderfully impressed by his professional attitude and knowledge and by the entire “the Customer is first!” approach. We are going to replace the main Heat pump this fall - not because we need to but because it’s the right thing to do. Woodland Homes never registered the systems that they had installed so rather than spend 100s of dollars fixing the old we will cry once and get new systems from Joe East. They earned this.

Joe East provides excellent service. Always on time and walk you through whatever the issues might be. I had them put in my heat pump in an emergency (no heat in January). Months later found a problem with the ducting and they came right out and fixed it. All with a smile.

My view of the company depends on who I deal with. Most service technicians have been very helpful, but there are exceptions

Been a Joe East customer for several years with all positive comments. All service calls were performed in a timely and professional manner. I also have their annual maintenance contract which is a worthwhile service and reasonable priced.

Called back within 5 minutes. Was here in 30 minutes. Very nice, explained the issue quickly. Had our AC up and running in 30 minutes for a fraction the cost our neighbors paid for the same issue.
