They weren't the cheapest nor the most expensive, but they were a world apart from the sketchy low-ballers. The did what they said when they said what they were going to do it for the price they said they would do it for. Still enjoying our improved AC.

I am very disappointed with this company. They sold my mother a brand new $10,000 unit 18 months ago. She recently had to have the motor replaced and she was charged nearly $400. When we inquired about the cost as this unit was still new we were told that the part was covered and we were being charged for the labor + $100 fee just to come out. This is just bad business, take care of your customers, don't nickel and dime them to death. This company talked my mom into buying a$10,000 unit and then the motor gives out not even 18 months later and she has to foot the bill. I question the quality of the unit they installed as it appears to not be very good if we can't even get through 2 years without an issue. Seems like it was intentional that they only covered labor for a year, they were likely anticipating sticking us with a bill. Stand by the products you install, don't nickel and dime your customers.

AC went out right before I had guests scheduled to arrive. Service person stayed late - working in the rain - and made sure AC was working. Outstanding service.
