Really good service from technicians.. Patient, knowledgeable, and attention to detail. Didn't mind all the questions I ask. I have been with Joe East now for over 15 years and have been very satisfied with them. The Office Staff are the Very Best!! Great Ladies to deal with.. Well, that's my honest opinion based on my experience. I hope it will be yours also. Just don't hesitate to contact them if you have an issue because they will do all they can to address your issue. Just remember, things happen to the best of equipment :).

Very quick response time. We had an unusual heating issue that took 3 visits. All reps were courteous and professional. They stayed after the problem until it was fixed and made sure we were happy. Great experience!

Called Joe East for service maintenance on heat and air systems in our home. Very surprised to hear that we could get service the same day!! Joseph was right on time and has been a dependable worker for this company over 20 years and communicates well with his customers!!
It is best to schedule service before summer and winter months when there is not high demand for repairs!

Highly recommend Joe East Heating and Cooling. They are very responsive, the tech we had was very professional and knowledgeable about our HVAC system, and dealing with the staff to set up appointments is efficient and accommodating.

We have had trouble with our unit (once when the heat went out and once when our A/C went out which was the most recent issue) and have used/called Joe East company for both issues. Both times they have come out the same day and repaired our unit successfully. They were professional, extremely responsive, and they stick to their word when they say they are going to call and show up. Thank you guys for your hard work and professionalism and for always being able to repair our unit. We will continue to call Joe East for any issues we have with our unit.
