I knew I had to replace my 17 year old AC. Called Joe East and a great representative arrived at my house. He explained to me all that was wrong with my old AC and I decided to do business with this company. I also had "appliance insurance" on my house and Chad Smith filed out the forms in a timely manner and besides a good price on a brand new Carrier AC, I was able to collect my appliance insurance. I am 76 years old and having strangers in my house is scary, but I felt totally at ease with the installers also who were total Southern gentlemen. Great Honest company and I never felt were trying to take advantage of little old me.

I am using Joe East Heating and Cooling for several years, I bought my system from them and they are keeping up with 10 years warranty. They are honest and not trying to sell me another system. I like them and I am planning to renew my service contract with them for 2022. Also I am planning to buy a new system from them when needed.

Hvac issues can be worrisome. The staff at Joe East installed my new furnace and have stood by it through some issues that arose. They were fair and honest and easy to deal with. I would recommend them to others.
