Great customer service! One of the technicians, Kyle, was very professional and kind. He got our unit's fan motor replaced and the coils cleaned in less than an hour, all in all. Even knocked off some of the overall price because we had called in for an issue about three weeks prior! Highly recommend!

Kyle was awesome! We called him around 8 o’clock in the morning and he was here by 8:30am. He found the problem with our unit and immediately fixed it! We are so thankful for them and definitely recommend using them for any of your unit needs!

Higdon Service is my go too! Very responsive, quick and gets the job done right. My air was out for not even 12 hours. I messaged the owner at 9:30 pm, by 9:30 am he had diagnosed, went to get the part and had it back running. I highly highly recommend!!

This company is top notch!! We called for an after hours emergency repair after calling several companies in the area and no one would come out. After calling Higdon Service we received a call from the technician immediately and he was at our location within an hour. He was very polite and knowledgeable. We will definitely be using Higdon Service for all of our heating and cooling needs and will recommend this company to everyone!

My husband said the guy that came knew what he was doing. It was pouring down rain out, so my husband had to stand out there to hold the umbrella, since it was an electrical issue. The guy was able to find the issue quickly and get the part replaced, in the rain. Thank you so much!!!

Excellent service and very well trained. I had called all over Huntsville and Decatur for natural gas log repair and only found one company in Huntsville that was booked through March. Even though Higdon Service was also very busy they managed to come out within a week and half. Definitely recommend and will use them in the future.
