I have used this company for many years and have always had positive results. I love their option to have a yearly maintenance contract. I never have to worry about anything. Repairmen were very fast to respond to the very few issues I have had with my unit and were fixed as quickly as possible. I could tell that they really cared about my comfort. It is time for me to start looking at new units and I will definitely be purchasing from them.

After moving into a home with the Mitsubishi split units along with an HVAC unit, we wanted to have preventive maintenance performed with a company that would guarantee their work and come out on a regular schedule. These guys were recommended and we are so thankful! They came out yesterday and inspected all units, cleaned filters, and ensured they were working properly. The split units are new to us, but the worker answered all my questions and showed me how to clean the filters if I need to before they come out again before the winter season. These are expensive units that you want to have preventive maintenance performed regularly, so I’m thankful these guys know what they are doing. I feel like we were very well taken care of. Having this preventive maintenance will keep these products running smoothly and last longer, so well worth the cost! Thanks Duey and the young man who came with you! Very professional and friendly!

Environmental Comfort Systems has the most professional service!! Their twice yearly maintenance service helps find the problems before they happen. If you do have a problem, they are very prompt fixing the problem. We have used this company for over 20 years!!!

ECS has always been very professional and helpful everytime we have used them. And there maintenance plan is very reasonably priced.

Excellent Service! They were fast to respond to my request for HVAC service and worked around my schedule to have a technician available when I could get away from the office. When the tech arrived he was courteous and knowledgeable and quickly identified the issue as a faulty capacitor. He had the capacitor replaced and my air conditioning unit up and running again in under 30 minutes and then stayed to make sure everything was working properly. All for a fair, reasonable price.

My air went out yesterday afternoon, so I called at 8:00 this morning. They had someone at my house at 1:00, wearing a mask and shoe covers. He was able to diagnose and fix my problem in about 45 minutes!
