    I built a small garage and needed a Heat and Air unit for it. I decided on a Mitsubishi mini split system and called about 5 dealers in my area. Not only was Shane the most knowledgeable about them he by far had the best price. He was very professional along with his staff. Lyn was always pleasant to speak to when calling the office. His crew was very fast and did a great job installing my unit. I thought I needed a 18,000 BTU unit and Shane assured me that a 12,000 BTU unit would be sufficient. He was correct, this thing cools my garage in no time and is very quiet. Knowing that I had a Mitsubishi Diamond dealer install my unit and getting a 12 year warranty gives me a great peace of mind. My hat is off to Southeastern Mechanical Service. I highly recommend them.

    my hvac system which they put in by the way, stopped working in February, I’ve called them 5 times since then to fix the Freon leak. It’s 76 degrees in my house right now after he told me in august he’d be back to fix it on the following Monday I didn’t have to be here. Well apparently he didn’t come back and fix the leak.
    Also they told me 2 months ago that they couldn’t come out because they were booked up for two weeks, that call another HVAC company which I did. He told me it had a leak he put 4 pounds of Freon in it. Then they told me the guy that worked on my unit in February had quit. They are now saying they are booked up again for 2 weeks. Well I ask her in July 3 times to set up a maintenance plan and they could come back this month to clean the unit before cold sets in. She never set it up,

    We've been trying to get this company to come and fix the unit they installed and warrantied just 3 years ago. It's been a month now and they still won't give us a date. The first 2 weeks was "we're booked but we'll try to fit you in". After that the excuse was a tech quit. They haven't even come to see what the problem is let alone attempt to fix it.
    Do not use these people. We're having 2 houses built over the next couple of years and we definitely will send our business elsewhere as these jerks seem to think they don't have to honor a warranty in a timely fashion.

    We were on vacation and our unit quit. They did an emergency call and by bedtime our house was super cool. In September we had to have a new unit. Shane came out discussed our options and personally went to pick it up and brought it out the next morning. He oversaw the installation. All of the employees are courteous and professional anytime they come out.

    Shane was a pleasure to work with. He worked very hard to meet our needs and get us the best possible unit for our budget. He worked us into his packed schedule and got our new air conditioner unit installed right before one of the hottest weeks of the season. We have never experienced such a comfortable climate in our house! We are actually looking forward to our upstairs unit replacement so we can use them again.

    These guys were great! I called Monday morning around 9 and they were there by 11:30. They called me to let me know they were on their way. They were very professional and very nice. The technicians got the air conditioner serviced and cleaned for a very reasonable price. I will use them from now on for all my Air conditioning, heating problems. Thanks for being so prompt and efficient!

    Our air conditioning unit stopped working today. We looked up dealers in our area Southeastern Mechanical Service had great comments on there web site. I called and they were able to come today. Fixed the problem and did not charge a high amount. They were helpful and had it working quickly. I would recommend them for anyone needing repairs.

    Lyn and Shane andtechnician Joe have all been awesome to work with. I have rental properties in North Alabama and would never use ANYONE ELSE. They are quick, professional and fair. They are the Mitsubishi mini split pros of the Tennessee Valley. You will be treated like the best customer and in service related work, that is hard to find. Real ¨Golden Rule¨ work ethics and genuinely nice people.

    Always a great experience with all of the crew members at SMS when you make that call for any kind of services they offer. Today it was A/C repair and a service on our units with Joe being our professional technician who did an awesome job on the work at hand and the explanation as to what was happening with the unit.     Great Service!!! Would give more than 5-stars if I could. Our technician, Joe, was very knowledgeable about both units that we have for our two story home in Decatur. He was very thorough in his diagnosis and changed the flame sensor that was in need of replacing. He checked every piece in our furnace, including the heat exchange pipes, to make sure everything else was in good working order. No other technician that we have had before has checked this (there was a 4x4 mounted in the way of the blower coming out). Came back when another problem arose the next day and fixed that as well.
