Repair done to our kitchen aide refrigerator. Jeremy was our repair technician. He was very professional/ knowledgeable and was very careful/took extra effort to ensure that no damage occurred to our wood floors when he moved the refrigerator into a position where he could work on it. Also Lovelace was responsive to our questions and worked with our home warranty company to get parts ordered. We will definitely use Lovelace again and will request Jeremy for any of our appliance repair needs!

Jeremy Cowan is our super-hero!!🙌 He was communicative, timely, professional and friendly. After an extremely negative experience with a different repair technician, we were leery to have anyone else try to help.

I am so glad we kept our appointment with Jeremy! We have been without a dishwasher for about a month and a half due to our last experience with the previous dishwasher repair person. The original repair person told us our dishwasher was not leaking. He stated he was unwilling to pull the dishwasher out from under the counter and we would need to completely remodel our kitchen in order to get the dishwasher out. He also stated he was going to order a part to repair the damage our dishwasher was causing when it leaked. This technician never returned and we never heard from him again. (Thankfully he did not return, due to his complete incompetence, lack of knowledge, and absence of any pride in his workmanship.)

Jeremy was easily able to not only repair our dishwasher, he simply pulled it out from under the counter, connected the hose that was disconnected and causing the leak, and stayed to test the dishwasher more than once to be sure there were no remaining leaks or anything he may have missed.

The dishwasher is fully functional and we are incredibly grateful! We highly, highly recommend Jeremy for any service issues!!

Lovelace was able to come out and diagnose the problem quickly. After the parts came in, they promptly called to setup an appointment and have the service repair done. Washing machine isn't leaking anymore and runs great. Fixed the outer seal and LCD screen that was bubbling. Thank you.

I have no idea have they have a 4.3 rating worst service I've ever had. My home warranty company assigned them to my unit. I called and told them I was only available Monday and Tuesday a week a head of time said they would be there in the am never showed so I left had stuff to do. At like 4:30 got a call there were at my house said freon was low asked if I wanted it refilled I said sure came home ac still frozen up two days later wouldn't even come on. So called back said they would come out the following Monday never showed then said Tuesday never showed. Then this Monday called cause they were suppose to come never showed up again do they said we promise you will be the first job on our list for today guess what never showed absolute joke of a company. If I gold give zero stars I would. Who ever the owner is needs to do something about his staff
I remember when people kept there word your word is your bond. I would never recommend this company matter fact if any one ever ask me for recommendations I will stay far away from love lace three weeks with no ac unit now it will be a month cause I had to get another provider hopefully the warranty company will just drop you guys for your pure lack of consideration for your customers and lack of keeping your appointments. Ridiculous but funny they wanted there money right away but couldn't provide the same when it cane to there service called three weeks in a role asked to speak to owner he's on vacation that's all fin and dandy but three weeks on vacation I doubt it. Word of mouth is everything be better without happy customers you want be able to afford three week vacations.

My refrigerator was leaking. They sent Jeremy to do the repair. He was on time, courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem. Had to go get a part and returned to fix the unit that afternoon. He was very thorough. My fridge has been repaired. I would definitely recommend Lovelace Services for appliance repair. Very satisfied with the service.

We were assigned Lovelace Services for our warranty service request. I called to setup an appointment this morning and will note the secretary I received was very nice and accommodating however I did not receive the follow up call to discuss scheduling. I called again this afternoon and was unable to get a hold of anyone. Unfortunately our request is one we need resolved promptly so we decided to get our request transferred. They are likely a small team and busy, and other reviews looks good so for others I would suggest still giving them a chance. Just in our scenario things did not work out.

Linn Hollis is a great HVAC technician. He was efficient but took the time to tell us what the problem was and even showed us the part that was replaced. We are very happy with the service given with this company.
