    Our washing machine broke down on Monday, and Jeremy quickly arrived at our house on Tuesday. I appreciated his text message informing me that he was on his way to our house. He explained the issue and made recommendations. Despite the inclement weather, he purchased the parts the same day and repaired the appliance. I recommend Jeremy to anyone who is experiencing issues with their home appliances.

    We have had AC issues for a bit. Our home warranty company assigned us to a different company first and they did repairs that only lasted a day or two. When we had another issue we were assigned to Lovelace. They came out within the week. We have two units so within the week was fine for us. The technician was very professional and seemed to know his trade. He pointed out what the other company had done wrong. He figured out we needed a new part and had someone bring it to the house that day and stayed until the repair was made. We really appreciate him going that extra mile after being taken for a ride by the other company.

    I wish I could give them a negative 3 star. I called today for an ETA DURING my appointment time. Mind you, it was set up last week. She told me that they are “too busy this time of year” and “we are backed up”. Then said that all Harvest Calls were done yesterday as if I was Knew that. My home warranty set it up. AWFUL. TRASH. CLASSLESS. It’s funny that my A/C isn’t working this summer when they apparently “fixed it” 10months ago.

    Lovelace was sent out through my home warranty company to repair our dishwasher. It was not heating the water nor drying dishes. They came out (over a week after the call for service was placed). They determined I had a bad heating element. Waited over a month on the part (not their fault). After the part arrived it took them another week to get out and install it. Once they arrived they realized the previous technician hooked the control board up backwards and fried it, so now the dishwasher won’t do anything. Took another 3 weeks to get the new part and install it so the dishwasher would run… and we are still in the same exact situation where we started 2.5 months ago. It still does not heat water nor dry the dishes. I asked for my 100 deductible back and they informed me they couldn’t do that because that was what it costed them to come out and diagnose it. Sounds like to me they haven’t diagnosed a problem yet! Looks like I will have to just purchase a new dishwasher. I do not recommend this company for any appliance repairs.

    One of my A/C units went out which is a Trane and I have a home warranty that covers the units. Granted the Trane is old but was working and cooling great prior to going out so I knew it was nothing much wrong with it. Home warranty set me up with Lovelace H&C. First off they didn’t show up for first appointment I set and when I called to find out why they didn’t show I was told they did not see me on the appointment calendar. I was aggravated but I rescheduled and they come out and stayed all day. I looked out once and one of them was walking around outside in my front yard with his shirt off so I got him a fan and some water. I even paid these guys a tip wanting to make sure they really fixed my A/C because you know how hot it has been. They end up telling me that they needed to replace the thermostat and did not have the right kind with them and would have to come back. I told them I would go purchase the thermostat if they told me what kind to get if it would get my AC fixed quicker. One of the techs told me what kind to get and then said if I had any trouble installing it I could call them. First off, I am not a HVAC technician and I should not have been told to call if I had trouble installing. I was willing to purchase thermostat but they were getting paid to fix my AC. . Needless to say they left with my AC still not working and had to call home warranty company to get them to make another appointment which they again didn’t show up for and again said they didn’t have on their calendar. When they finally came back out the tech said I must have blown the transformer when I installed the thermostat and they didn’t know what they were going to do. I stated that I called you a dozen times for help as you told me and you would not answer and I should not have had to fool with anyway. I would not recommend these guys because my A C is still not working and their customer service is horrible. I am having to get someone else to come out because I don’t want these shady guys back.

    I called for possible maintenance of my mom’s a/c window unit. The service guy (can’t remember name) gave an honest assessment and advised on a new unit. We knew the one we had was very old. He also assessed some home repairs needed due to water damage from the a/c unit. My mom did purchase a new window unit from Lowe’s and two days later he returned as promised to install it. Very friendly and professional. We would use them again.
