Lovelace Service Heating & Air

I have come to realize since retiring from the military there are still good service and great people in this world. For all of the BS we experience and see on TV this is another example of Southern Hospitality that is seldom spoke of. My Tech was and is Mr. Pope. The young man is very professional and knows his business. Office folks are personable as well. You can't go wrong!!! Thank you again.

They were contracted through our American Home Warranty to service our upstairs AC unit. The temperature upstairs was 80+ degrees for several days and AHW sent them out .
we had turned off the AC bc it was stifling and was only blowing out hot air. When they arrived four days later after AHW set up an appt, the tech arrived , checked the unit / the freon levels, went into the attic to make sure that the vents/ducts were all operational....He said everything looked fine so he turned it back on...
It started blowing cool air again!!
We explained to them that it works randomly, esp depending on if its a particularly warm day and we need to know why.
He said he couldnt do anything if its working intermittently . He said he didn't know and they couldn't do anything until it was completely non operational! Really??
So maybe come out within 24hrs and check it while its NOT working...NOT 4 days later & then say you cant do anything bc it seems fine NOW.! Bc it wasn't 4 days ago!!
They were done within 30 minutes. Nothing was actually done. Lovelace couldn't diagnose what MIGHT have made the AC blow hot air and they didnt seemed concerned abt figuring it out. Instead of telling us it to call them ASAP when it starts blowing hot air again and they'd try to get out there within 24 hours they basically shrugged their shoulders!
It was a waste of a $55 service charge! Less than 30 days later its blowing hot air again and it's 80+ degrees upstairs! Very disappointed! Very upset!
What a rip off " repair". If you go to your doctor and tell them that you've been feeling sick and you're feeling a little better but you tell them what your symptoms were your doctor doesn't say "well come back to me when you're sick". A GOOD dictor will run tests and see what the tests tell them. Lovelace didn't bother to run any Diagnostics. They did nothing.

HVAC (heat pump) messed up. Called this place. Awesome serviceman came by and diagnosed & repaired in a snap. Plus helped with wiring issue I didn't even know about. Plus: pretended not to notice my messy house when we had to look inside. Super nice & respectful! Did not talk down to me like others have in the past (for my obvious lack of HVAC knowledge). Thanks Mr Houston! All of our toes are toasty now!

They were sent to my home by the home warranty service to repair my heating unit. The technician was very nice and diagnosed the problem and returned a few days later after getting the parts, and fixed it. So far working fine.

Horrible service, took over 2 months to repair after calling and calling. Had to buy propane heaters to keep warm. When finally said they repaired only furnace works. Turned on AC and furnace runs. Do not use their services.

Chris has been to my house on two different occasions. He recently just fixed my AC and it’s working like new. Thank you Lovelace Services!

The other guys tried to string arm me into replacement but Lovelace was honest and fair. Repaired my A.C. at a more than reasonable rate with quick and efficient service...top notch and highly recommended!

Jeremy does great work - fixed our washer and oven.

Great HVAC company and the techs were excellent. I'm now in favor of this company as they came out quickly after I filled a claim with my home warranty company.

They are amazing! Great to work with and really care about customers.
