Lovelace Service Heating & Air

We found Lovelace through our home warranty company. Called for an AC unit not working correctly. Chris called us within just a few hours of our claim (they technically have several days). Came out right away - diagnosed the problem, got parts lined up, and got the claim approved with the warranty company within an hour. He went out of his way to have the parts expedited because they were not in stock. Our unit was repaired the next day - all within 24 hours of making the claim. We are very happy with our experience and would recommend to anyone.

I didn't actually have Lovelace perform any work for me. He (Chris the Owner) purchased a piece of equipment from me actually. You can get a good take on someone's character when dealing with them on a major purchase. Clear, concise, extremely friendly and actually fun to work with. If Lovelace runs their service anything like they carried themselves through this transaction look no further for your heating & air needs. Quality people in turn do quality work. Our warranty company put us in touch with Lovelace a couple of years ago and we are so grateful. They have been so good to us and have worked on our gas oven, our central unit (both AC and heat) and even looked at our refrigerator (it was beyond any help). We couldn't ask for a nicer or more honest group of people with whom to do business. I am hard to please and it takes a lot to earn my trust, but they have done both. We will continue to use them as long as they are around. You cannot go wrong with Lovelace!

Simply the Best of the Best of appliance repair companies. They do the job completely and thoroughly the first time! We have even had them come out and fix other companies mistakes that have been sent by our home warranty company. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my appliances and HVAC! Simply a great, honest company which is more rare than diamonds these days!

We have a service contract with American Residential Warranty. They called me back and said the Lovelace Service would be calling me. I thank two days went by and no call. I called Lovelace and talked to Tech Rep and he was to call me back, but he did not. I called him the next day and he said that he would get the parts when he would come. Then two or three days went by before a call was set up. He was late getting to my house. He could not pin point the problem as the dryer had quit making the noise. American Residential Warranty would not let him replace anything. He had a problem putting it back together. I think he was in to big of a hurry to get to next job.

DO NOT use this service unless you want them to illegally install your unit, then claim they didn't when the whole thing breaks because of the illegal install to begin with. And this install took place AFTER being stuck in a 90 degree home while pregnant in June for over 3 weeks cuz they kept claiming they had no one to come out and we were low priority even though they knew we had 3 other children in the home. Oh, and they only fixed the install once 3 other AC companies refused to touch the unit due to it being installed illegally. Not happy and will NEVER allow my home warranty company send them out to my property again.

I called my home warranty (CHW) to get my oven checked out and they sent Lovelace Services based in Decatur, AL. These guys were fantastic.
