Thank you Higdon Service for the quick and easy communication. After waiting for over 2 months for any communication from a competitor just for an estimate, y’all were able to take care of the problem with our AC within 2 days of inquiring and same day of diagnosing. We are so relieved and thankful to have one more thing crossed off of our list of things needing to be fixed. Thank you again.

Adam did an amazing job trying to resolve our “not so cooling” A/C issue on such short notice!! And before he left, he double checked the unit just to make sure it wasn’t freezing up again!! He is a very professional young man and if we can get him on any future calls would be awesome!!!

My heat and air were both blowing at the same time so my house wasn’t cooling. I saw their truck pass by and scheduled an appointment. Very very impressed how they were “anxious” to get it checked out. Justin was polite, didn’t mind my questions and was very knowledgeable. He didn’t mind explaining the process upfront and never put me off. I will recommend them to all my coworkers and friends! They will be the only ones I call from now on.

The service person was very nice. The pilot light flame on a small natural gas heater was malfunctioning. The service person used compressed air to blow the dust out. The price was $274. Seems excessive to me. No parts were needed, but it was a service call.

David installed gas to our range and he does great work. I am very pleased with his service! He was on time and did the work in a timely manner. He was good with communication and explaining what was going on. I will definitely be using his services again.

I called the shop before it opened. Instead of leaving a message, I decided to wait until they opened. To my surprise I received a returned call before I could call them back. I was told that they could get to me some time the same day. They showed up to my house within the hour. I received prompt service from a friendly technician. Thank you, Higdons!

David was very responsive to my initial inquiries about getting my natural gas logs hooked up. A few days later, service was completed and at a great price. David is helpful and has a great demeanor. I'll definitely use his services again when needed.
