Excellent service. Always on time and they are normally there within 24 hours. Most of the time same day service. Highly highly recommend

I called this morning, had an extremely high electric bill and needed someone to come service our units. They communicated when they would be there and showed up in a timely manner. Checked our units and ducts and sent over an estimate for areas that needed to be fixed. Very happy with the service I received!

I would like to take a minute to recognize the outstanding work that Kyle and Justin did for us over the last week. We are in the process of selling our home and one of the items that needed to be repaired was our 12 year old gas log fireplace. Kyle was able to evaluate and diagnose the problem efficiently and was very understanding when we realized the required repair was more extensive that we anticipated. He worked with us to come up with a cost effective solution. Justin did such a great job installing a new pilot assembly and gas valve for us. It was not easy to access the valve but he kept at it and had us up and running. They even put back all of the decorative rocks and glass cover. No mess! I just wanted you to know you have two fine employees and we appreciate them.

As always, Higdon Service is prompt, courteous and professional. Needed to have them come out on the weekend and didn't have to wait long. Kyle quickly diagnosed the problem and had us up and running in no time. It's nice to know that there are still honest, fair companies and individuals to deal with. While HVAC repairs are never cheap, it's reassuring to know that the cost quoted is fair, reasonable and that we are not taken advantage of. We highly recommend Higdon Service.

Higdon service is wonderful. Kyle always does a wonderful job and higdon service is a very honest company. They are always very prompt and professional. I have used Higdon and I Have Never been disappointed. Kyle knew the problem in minutes where another company worked on it did something wrong and Kyle found the problem and explained what had been done. Very happy with Kyle.

I have been a Higdon customer for 3 years and am very pleased with their service and knowledge of expertise. The office staff is friendly and helpful. If they have to return your call, they make sure to call you back the same day. Scheduling an appointment is a breeze and they can have someone come out within a day or two. My technician, Kyle, is prompt, courtesy and detailed. I like to ask a lot of questions and he does not seem to mind answering each one. I can tell he takes great pride in his work and wants to be sure you are a satisfied customer. I have recommended Higdon to friends and I will continue to give them praise.

I have to give a shout out to Kyle and Higdon services! I called at 9pm after being without air in my house for several hours. Kyle showed up in record time and fixed my problem within 10 minutes. He didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need he just fixed the problem. I highly recommend them!

This company is top notch. I have used Higdons Services for 10 years or more. I like their no nonsense approach to each job they perform. Kyle has been great to work with. He comes in does the job explains the problem and gives solutions to improving my heating and cooling. If you’re not using this company you are really missing out

I had an indoor outdoor unit , 3 IPhone controlled thermostats and had 35 bags of insulation blown in. These guys were professional, courteous and kept their appointment!! Kyle and the guys are all really nice guys. I had several quotes and they beat them. I will be having them install 3 more units at my house ASAP.
