I got a chance to work with Higdon Service this past month. I came it to help with the structure of the company and make sure every customer got top notch service and all available options for their problems. Kyle cares a great deal about his customers and his employees are top grade. With such a stellar owner and hard workers this company will continue to grow and keep happy customers. They now have great financing plans to make it easier for their customers to afford products and services in these difficult times...Great communication and great service. Quality workmanship and technician Cody H was thorough and polite and left no signs he was ever there when done.

Had a burnt defrost board on my heat pump which was keeping the fan on all the time. And he also helped me out with my thermostat not kicking off correctly.

The techs name was Adam, and he was very professional and knew exactly what to do.

John Vickers was very friendly and addressed my issues with a prompt and professional attitude.

Really content with the service provided. After having a bad experience with a competitor we are relieved to have found Higdons and for the two men who helped us get our AC working right. We inquired late at night and received a response the very next morning. The day after they were able to come out, diagnose, quote and repair our duct. Thank you!
