Higdon Service

Anytime I am having issues with my unit I can trust Higdon Services to fix whatever it is. Michael is number one at finding out what the problem is and getting it fixed. He also knows I have two little ones and ensures that things are done in a timely manner.

Called this morning after air had been out for a week. They got us in same day (actually within hours!)
Kyle G. was dispatched to our home and within 30 minutes had us up and going! He knew exactly what to look for and where to go. No time was wasted and he was very professional. 5 stars for Kyle and Higdon!!

Adam from Higdon Service responded to our request to have our gas log fireplace repaired. Adam arrived, diagnosed the problem, and had the fireplace repaired very quickly. Adam was courteous and very knoledgeable. We are pleased with the service we received.

My boyfriend was needing a new AC Unit. I found Higdon Services on the the internet and scheduled them to come out to his house to give a quote based on their reviews. The following day we met with Kyle, received a quote, and a week later came the install. From quote to install they were very professional! Since them installing my boyfriend's system, I had a problem at my home on the weekend. Kyle came out, by passed something so I would have air until Monday morning. A little after 8am Kyle showed up and installed a relay and within an hour I had air flow again!
If you are needing to find someone to install or repair your unit, do not hesitate to call them. They are reasonable in price, prompt, and most of all, they treat you as you would like to be treated!

We called for a second opinion after being informed we needed extensive repairs to our unit on a very cold day. Kyle came out serviced our unit that had been taken apart by the other company. Luckily, the unit did not extensive repairs! It is working great!

I felt comfortable from the time I met Kyle to provide an estimate of what was required to replace my AC system. The team arrived on time ready to do the work that we negotiated. The first estimate from the company recommended by a Home Warranty company said I had to replace a smaller door to the attic. Higdon's recommendation was to disassemble and replace the door, if necessary. Turns out, all that was required was t remove the door fro the hinge. I highly recommend the Higdon team that replaced my unit. Thanks Chris, Jimmy and Michael.

Michael troubleshot our heating and cooling unit and found out we needed a new unit. Michael gave us 3 estimates and we decided on one that we wanted. We were approved for financing a few hours later and they scheduled for the new unit to be installed the next day.

Always thorough with their service, professional and friendly. They do an excellent job on our unit; while keeping us updated with anything we need to know about the unit as well.

Higdon service was thorough, prompt and courteous. They explained what was needed, what was done, and gave us good instructions on how to use our new thermostat with using Alexa and an app. Great job! Would recommend.

Kyle and his team do outstanding work and their customer service is beyond good.

We had a last minute need for them to service our systems and they were able to fit us in and they did not make it a "rush job" or make us feel like we were imposing on their schedule.

They took the time to tell us the issues, what they needed to do correct in a way that we can comprehend!
