The gentleman that came to our house was efficient and honest by providing the options we had to fix our issue.

Really appreciate the follow through and explaining a few things to be on the watch for over time- and requesting we call them if any need arises. Friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with.

04-20-2023: Preventative Maintenance appointment; Scottie checked everything out, explained what he did and status of equipment, great job not allowing insulation to fall from attic access, arrived right on scheduled time, and very professional. Advised that insulation was a little low in one area of the attic. Higdon has been our source of HVAC service (and a new system) for many years and we have always been extremely well pleased. Great service!
