Cody, came out and performed a tuneup on my unit and was very professional, honest and is also very knowledgeable for what he does. He shot straight with me about everything he did and what was wrong. There was no high pressure sales gimmicks either. I will be using them again, most definitely.

Had to have circuit boards and parts replaced. Scotty did a great job on both days. Units are only a couple of years old and you don’t expect parts to go bad and need to be replaced but Higden makes sure the the repair is done right

Wonderful experience, Mr. Vickers was very informative and knowledgeable. Being from the North, HVAC is foreign. But Mike did amazing explaining the system. He was friendly with our dog. Overall great personality and hope he's the one to do all our maintenance calls.

We are moving into another home and was concerned that there was a problem with the HVAC unit. This company was happy to send a technician out to evaluate the units before we closed on the home. They were amazing!

They came the same day that I requested an estimate. As soon as I agreed to a quote I went in to sign the paperwork work,then it was only a few days to installation. They even asked if I would need, any extra window units,until they came out.
