I went in to the Ashwaubenon store to look at the hiking boots and store employee Gail,
helped me find what I needed. She went out of her way to check another store for a pair
I really admired. They were on sale and I bought the same shoe but a different color.
She also guided me to the men's clothes clearance rack. The store had some quality
stuff so I went and purchased dress pants and two shirts. I recommend anyone to the
Ashwaubenon store because I know these people aim to please!!!!

No JC Penny by my area so I'm like a kid in a candy store with all the bargains and clearance galore throughout the store.

Looking all over for Toy Story toys and calling everywhere. Called 1st to save an unnecessary trip. The woman on the other end, no exaggeration, spent a half hour on the phone tracking down where the slinky dog was! Then to get more great news, he was on sale! At this "season of goodwill and cheer ", gratitude seems to get lost in the hustle and bustle. So, to the woman, a very big THANK YOU! I hope you are appreciated. I am not a frequent Penny shopper, but now I will be!

Devastating experience! Customer service still hasn’t gotten back to me! I even emailed the top people at this site. Annnnnnnd nothing. Why is it this scarey situation has a way to be ignored ? Clearly all that talk about safety and customer service and caring are not in the least bit the truth! I don’t know who else to contact besides an attorney! Serious lessons on customer service are desperately needed here.
I was literally shaking, crying and almost in an accident from my experience here and I was told my complaint would go to the store customer relations Dept and they would be in contact with me...... more than a month later and constant contact or trying to get to the bottom of this and NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME.
All I need to know is there is a “Jason” who works there!!! Because he knew my name and walked past me tauntingly and would not answer who he was or how he knew my name!!!! CREEPY! One clerk said she didn’t know him and another said he worked there and gave me the name “jason” Buy would not or could not answer how he knew my name!!!
was I under some kind of surveillance I did not know about? Even my license plates are not under my name so HOW? But the worst part is this keeps replaying in my head and I’ve had to keep myself home because I really had someone stalk me at 19 for months! So the game these people are playing is not ok!

12/23/22: Everything I've purchased from Penneys is always top quality and unbeatable prices! I love this store!

I sent a ring in to get sized and it been two months almost and my ring never came in yet. I'm very disappointed that it's taking so long.

We had ro order draperies, only down side. Diane R. was very helpful and gave us other options to use for our windows. She went above and beyond!

Prices are always reasonable. Personally I like to see, touch and try on my clothes. Lets support our brick and mortar stores before they are all gone.

Great prices and great selection! Check out service absolutely terrible! I am not sure I want to go through that again. There has to be a better way!
