I haven't been in a Penney's in awhile and after the experience I had today I won't be coming back any time soon.

This is a great place to shop. I only shop here for my clothes and most anything else that l need. They also have online shopping.

Very little choices in bedding dept
,overall, ery friendly and helpful. Clerk was exceptionally nice.

They had a great sale on winter coats. Everyone was very helpful.

Great service, wonderful selection, and better prices than amazon. SHOP LOCAL!

Very unhappy very unhappy was overcharged on a shirt was 37.00 sign said 19.99 on sale.I real like it. Then they move the sign and item. I should have got the sale price.VERY UNHAPPY. 0

The special sale price was likely to get customers in the door. Spent more than $40 and was refused the additional 40% off as advertised throughout the store. Not impressed.

Everyone was friendly and very nice. Found several items at a great price! I will be back.

Horrible service! This is the third time in the return area slow and rude. The manager up front is awful. It is no wonder they are losing business and should go out of business.
