Apex Heating and Air Conditioning

I worked with Apex for the installation of my mini split AC units. The experience was fantastic. They came out and inspected my home, talked through the entire process, and took my input regarding placement of units and whatnot.

The installation techs were amazing. They were always very careful to keep the working area clean and tidy. They quality of work was fantastic. They not only made sure the units were installed correctly, but they also cleaned the units, and went the extra mile. They consulted me multiple times when installing the conduit on the exterior of the house to ensure it was acceptable cosmetically.

I will recommend Apex heating and air conditioning for any one who's considering a multi split AC unit for their home.

I live in an older home and we've been here for 7 years now, trying to survive with window air conditioners. This year I was so over it. I had heard Apex's ads on the radio and decided to finally call.

Literally everyone I worked with at Apex was SO friendly and super professional. Each time I had an appointment the person that was coming to my house called me ahead of time and let me know that they were on their way and gave me an exact time of when they'd arrive.

The Apex employees we worked directly prior to installation were Connie (scheduling) Dan and Troy. All three just so nice and professional.

On the day of our installation Ryan Hockstock and Dylan Johnson were the two that installed our system. They were both also super friendly and very professional. They called prior to arriving and let me know exactly when they'd be here, and they were nothing short of amazing all day. They did a great job amidst the chaos of our house with two young children. I'm very happy with the install process, very satisfied with the new A/C performance already, and overall would definitely recommend Apex to anyone in need on HVAC services.

Jacob showed up was very courteous and professional. He was very thorough with his descriptions and options!! Unfortunately he told me my A/C was running on its last leg minutes before it quit, but will definitely be working with Apex for a replacement unit!! I hope to work with Jacob again!!

Great customer service! Jacob, the technician, was very knowledgeable and courteous. He showed me the before and after of the work that was needed. I will definitely use them again with my a/c and furnace needs. I also really like how great they are to veterans.

I will start by saying the technician who helped was was absolutely phenomenal. Jake is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Truly great service. The office however was full of miscommunication, seemed disorganized, and was generally rude though they keep a friendly tone. Made an appointment online, and was told we would be seen on the day of our appointment by two different people then proceeded to wait all day for a call which I never received. When I called them I was told we wouldn't be seen until the next day. It was an absolute mess. After dinner the technician finally called, after the office told me I wouldn't be seen on that day. I recommend the actual service that is provided but for me the process of getting it was mismanaged, snide, and unpleasant.

This company does not miss a beat. Always responsive, quick to help you out when we had furnace issues and also Air conditioning. Were there to get things back running and ultimately, had faith in them for new installation for both Furnace and 3 years later for a new air-conditioning unit. Highly recommend their services.

We were very impressed with the customer service we experienced with Apex. Our technician, Dylan, was so knowledgeable and helpful! He knew exactly what was wrong with our AC unit and explained what needed to be done in a way we could understand. Highly recommend!

I was very impressed with the knowledge and expertise of the technician that was sent. He was professional and clearly explained the issue we were having with our air conditioner. He stayed beyond normal business hours to ensure our central air was working.

Monday morning (2/13/23) I woke up to a chilly house. I tried the few things I know to do to no avail. I called numerous places (based on what popped up on Google) before contacting Apex. Apex couldn't get out to me any quicker than any of the other three place but the kindness and service from the woman I spoke with (I believe her name is Connie) convinced me to go with them and cancel the other service that I had tentatively scheduled. They were in my home approximately 6 hours later. Because of the cost of the part, we decided to replace our 35 year old furnace. We had seen this coming and were prepared. Long story short (too late) we had our new furnace installed and heating by 3:00 pm on Thursday 2/16/23. The friendliness, service, and professionalism we received, far surpassed my expectations. They actually offered to bring space heaters to help keep us warm until the installation. They've made a customer for life. Thank you to everyone at Apex for getting our home warm again.
