It was difficult to find an employee for assistance. All the clothing I seemed to look at was Buy 1 get one with very high prices, instead of just lowering the price of an item. Not a fan, won't be back.

Staci in your salon is amazing. I come in with an idea and she makes it better than the idea!!! Thank you Staci for making me feel beautiful.

I like the beding that was there but it was a little confusing because they had it in two places but I did get what I was looking for.

Nice store. Prices could be a bit more competitive. Great staff though.

The store employees are vary helpful stores vary well taken care clean I like the big and tall section of the store I will continue to shop here

Just an opinion on the changes that I've noticed lately at JCP - Penney's should give up their new focus (as well as floor space) on major appliances and mattresses. They need to go back to their strong suit - a good selection of bedding, bath, window treatments and housewares, as well as their strong clothing lines. Give these departments back the space they deserve. Quality and good value was something you could always count on at J C Penney.

Great experience! Store was very clean and the lady that waited on us was super nice and very efficient.

Think they could open at 10:00. Was waiting in my car & there were alot of vehicles pulling up to the store & leaving becaise they aren't open.

Had a pretty bad experience last time. We took our son to his photo shoot appointment on time and waited for over an hour, then they're payment system shut down and we waited some more.

Tried to buy two items and their system was down. They couldn't even take cash. I left and came back an hour later and they had nothing solved. I wouldn't encourage anyone to go here after this experience.
