Overpriced, and understaffed. The last time I was here, there was a line of 20 people, with only 2 registers open. Their one saving grace for the purpose of this review is that they let you stack discounts and coupons (provided your items aren't in the not applicable categories). If I don't have coupons, this place is a hard pass for me.

Absolutely the worst place to work ever. Got fired from working there for over two years because Joan Calabaza is a liar. Terminated with no proof of what she accused me of. Said I was gonna hurt her and damage her vehicle. Terrible management.

The store is laid out with plenty of room for people to pass by the lookers. Not too difficult to find someone to help you.

I Was shopping found a few things on clearance. Went to check out and there was 1 cashier with a line of legit 22 people in line. They finally offered customers to go to salon. I checked out with the friendly associates in the salon. The only good experience I had. I realized as I was leaving the store that one of my items didn’t ring up as it said on the tag. Then I had to turn around and go to that counter now. Wait in line for that …. 10 people 1 person working in that line. I told him what happened he called the manager on phone and told me all he could do was return the item and not honor the sticker price. Right away in a rush returned it on my card and didn’t even let me talk to a manager. One I thought working for other retailers that is against the law in the state of Wisconsin. If I am wrong on that that is fine. But either way that is bad business and being a manager at another retailer shame on management for not honoring that even if was a mistake stickering a wrong item on accident. I was truly disappointed in how that was handled. I also did not put that sticker on the item and there were other ones on the rack in diff colors at that same price.

Did not have enough plus sizes to satisfy my larger size. Was going to purchase a shirt but the line was too long. FYI....don't
settle for the front of store. They have huge markdowns for this weekend before the 4th of July! Go in and spend!

Had a great selection of men's clothes at great prices.

Typical JC Penney store with lots of men's, women's and children's clothes. Very long checkout lines due to labor shortage. Always has some good deals and clearance items as the seasons change.

From the moment I walked in the staff that were working, not enough, we're very helpful and locating what I needed. I had to return some items at the beginning of my trip and at the end and they were so cooperative and understanding with no problem. The store was clean well organized prices that are fair and I'd like the idea that the sale is for people who pay cash or buy credit card. Need more staff pay them more and give them more benefits.
