It's ok store. You can't find any help there. You ask someone in there department for help finding something. They say over there some where. Do they have this shirt in 1x or 2x. Not sure that name brand over there. They work there all them years and that store not that bissy. That they don't know what's in the development. What's wrong with people.

I grew up with jcp. Lots of variety , many products very well made. Bought some lovely drapes on sale. Lots of Alfred Dunner.
Many cute styles for all ages.

This is the second time in a week I am waiting in the service line four people deep. They need more help on return and pick up. Karen was not helpful and very rude cashier in the front!

Always a great experience - somehow they have a knack of hiring great people and have always had great quality and selection of products. A great store here and at the Arrowhead Mall in Glendale AZ. We like shopping at JCPenney.

Always very helpful with men's clothing. My sizes weren't available and Bob helped me order online saving me some money and delivered to my house.

Mens shoe selection is smaller than what I hoped. Dress shoes specifically. Like the store otherwise. Cologne was about the same. Very limited.

We enjoy shopping here. Great rewards program, pleasant staff, nice selection of clothing and clearance sections.

Store has great deals on their Disney items. Their customer service could definitely use LOTS of work! Cashier was completely rude!

Always clean. Can find what i need. Good prices. They have no problems matching the online price even on sale items.

They wouldn't give me my money back, even though I paid cash. But on their charge card. They gave me a phone number that I could use, that they will send me a check for that amount what the hell is the difference? Or I could use an in-store credit everything so expensive there there was nothing I could buy for the amount that I had coming back.
