I lost heat to my condo three times in less then a month. The first two times I had a well known dealer come after hrs to fix the problem. I will not name the dealer as it was hard to fix. The system would start working on its own seaming to go away while they worked on it but it was not fixed. The third time it failed I tried a new dealer Professional Heating. The tech came late on a Friday night. He personally had not seen the kind of problem we faced before but refused to give up. He called others on the team for advice and did exploration on his own. He finally found the problem and fixed it. I could not be happier with his professionalism and commitment.

Our AC unit died last Friday, so on the recommendation of a relative I decided to give Professional H&AC a call. They sent out a tech on Monday to look at the unit and were able to get it working again, replaced a few parts. The system was working again and everything seemed great.
Then, the next morning, I discovered that while the unit did run just fine, the issue now was it wouldn't shut off, and I awoke to frost on my cooling lines both inside and outside the house. Called them back and asked for a follow-up, and a tech was at my house later the same day. The new tech diagnosed the issue quickly, put my whole system through a fully cooling cycle to be sure, and did not charge me a dime for the 2nd visit.
To me, the important thing is they came back promptly and got the job done. I'm the kind of person where if you're professional and polite, and treat me fairly, I'm happy to be understanding in a situation like this. Really pleased with the level of service I got from Professional H&AC, and will be using them again in the future.

I contacted Professional heating for a vibration problem I had in my 9 year old furnace still under warranty. This was a difficult problem to resolve as 2 previous contractors couldn’t. Between Lucas, Chris and owner Brian they worked diligently and solved it after a couple of trips. Their enthusiasm in trouble shooting was fantastic. Even though they didn’t install my furnace they honored my 10 year warranty and worked with me so I had minimal cost. I would highly recommend this company in the future.

I am very happy for the service I received from this company. I am a new homeowner of a few months and my furnace stopped working (at least it was during a mild spell in winter). I called Professional Heating on a Friday afternoon and they were able to get a serviceman out that afternoon. The tech was able to diagnosis the problem (a bad controller board) BUT the part was not in stock and would need to be ordered. I can accept that so I had to fire up some space heaters over the weekend to keep my house semi-warm. On Monday the tech came with the part and found the board was not the problem but a broken gas valve was the underlying problem. OK this is understandable given the circumstances AND the gas valve was a lower cost repair than the controller board.
The tech was nice and seemed to be knowledgeable about my furnace. I would recommend this company

I have used this company many times over the years and was shocked when I Googled the company for the phone number (for another NEW job, not a fix) and saw negative reviews. I have had nothing but positive experiences with them. Installing heating and A/C in our addition, replacing an aging A/C unit for our main house, tweaking our old beast of a furnace to make it work better with our wood heat blower--they do it all, and they do it well. For those who question the reviews, take note that the negative reviews are anonymous, but the positive reviews are signed. That says a lot.

I would not recomend this company. They are rude on the phone, don't return calls but will lie and say they did. Had a furnace put in in 2013 and had them out due to problems three times. They lie on the bill to cover their ass so they can charge you an ungodly amount. We had no heat and the guy states on the bill that the furnace was running when he arrived...LIE!! They give you a warranty that doesn't cover anything. When a person spends well over $3000.00 on a new furnace, you wouldn't expect to have to keep having it fixed. On top of that, they damaged our air conditioning line when they installed the furnace, but will not face up to the blame on that one either.... I do not recommend this company, give your business to someone else, save yourself the head-aches, they are not all what they clame to be!!!!

Our heating system was installed several years ago by "Professional". We had a zone that froze due to the cold weather. We called them and a "Technician" arrived later in the afternoon. He was here 20 minutes and basically said, "there is nothing I can do. When the pipes break, give us a call and we will replace them."
He had no trouble shooting skills what so ever.
For the 20 minutes that he was here (including talking to other customers on the phone) we were charged $125.00 for him showing up.

We had a blower motor on our furnace go out and Professional was right there to help us out. The same day I called they had a repair man out to us in just a few hours. The service man was very professional and a pleasure to have in our home for the repairs.

They expect payment without finishing the project. Sub-par workmanship. Had issues with the equipment leaking it took 2 weeks to get a response back. Michelle Legois was rude and lacks customer service. They care about getting paid and that is it. I would not recommend this company. Beware.

This is the most awful business, the employees are not very educated and don't know what they are doing. They don't know how to work on certain furnace and don't tell you and charge you a crazy amount. Then it broke again in around 30 days. The owner came and was extremely rude and also didn't know what was going on. He made excuses and wouldn't stand behind his work and told me to never call again.
