Ray's Heating & Cooling LLC

We hired Ray’s to clean and inspect our fireplace and pellet stove. He cleaned the fireplace well, but cleaned our pellet stove then informed us it was broken. He had no idea how to fix it, but still charged us $200 total. We now are left with a broken, clean, useless piece of equipment. When I called about this, he said he was looking into how to fix it and would get back to me. That was the last I heard from him.

We have used Ray's Heating for several years for both our home and rental properties. Ray is very knowledgeable and the work is impeccable. I would highly recommend Ray's for any heating or air conditioning needs. Lisa, in the office, is a pleasure to work with as well!

I emailed (email address on the website) to setup an appt for my fireplace. They responded that i needed to call to make an appt. I called to make an appt and was told they needed to call me back in 5 min to make the appt. They never called back. Guess I will take the hint.

Update...I called on 11/7

They have serviced my boiler for years and always do a great job. They are even going above and beyond to help us with a homeowners insurance matter. When we need a new boiler we know who we are calling.

Guy comes over and tells me I need this that another thing replaced charge me $108 was only here for 20 minutes he says because he had to drive here had to charge so much
