IdealAir Heating and Cooling

I would Recommend this Company to Anyone Needing Service!! I needed Central Air and Had One Company that said they would do it. They came over and started Modifying my Furnace for AC and After 3-4 Hours They Packed up and just Left and said they Couldn’t Do it!!! Thank God for Pete and His Crew!! Even though it was a little Bit of a Challenge they Got it Done!! Pete was Great and The Crew that put it in was Awesome!! They Worked together and Seemed to have an Extra Drive to get it Done!!! Quality Work!!!!

We are in the middle of a kitchen remodel and called Sinkler to come remove a gas pipe. They left us stranded for almost two weeks. We had to push back deliveries. Frustrated, I called IdealAir late morning and a representative called me back quickly. He came to the house by 2pm and scheduled two men for the next morning at 7am. The men were very friendly, put down mats through out the house and the bill was $60 cheaper then Sinklers quote. They also added a shut off valve upstairs and downstairs by law. Something the other company never mentioned. They have a new customer for life.

I am not sure how these companies work so I will tell you about my experience, and you can judge for yourself. I called to have them come out to take a look at my furnace (it was making some noises). The lady answering the phone was very nice. She set up an appointment for the same day and explained what would occur and how payment can be made. The repair man arrived just after 9:00 am. Within 25 minutes he was telling me that he had diagnosed the problem and had fixed it. He also told me that I had a part that had a crack in it and it was a good idea to fix that as well. He said that he had the part at his facility if indeed i wanted him to do this repair. He left my house around 9:30. He returned about 50 minutes later (about 10:20) with the part. It took him less than 30 minutes to install the part, which he told me ahead of time it was about $70. He left my house at about 10:50. They told me up front that they charged $89.95/hour. The repair man was very knowledgeable (and patient) with every question I could ask. Since I don't know how bills are charged, I would be lead to believe that since I was charged for 2 1/4 hours of labor, that they also bill the same rate for drive time. I am not sure if this pricing is outrageous, fair, or amazing. We are happy that our furnace no longer makes noises.

Came and looked at a gas leak on short notice. Also fixed it promptly the next day. Kelley was very professional and helpful.

Have had to call 2 times since purchasing a new house and always have fixed only what was needed with in est cost reflective of industry. Always been honest, clean and professional.
