DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I am now in the process of suing them. They stood us up for more than a month giving excuses of why they can't install a new AC unit and furnace. This is after we paid them in FULL ($4300). They did install the AC unit after a month of constant nagging, but it was wrecked. APEX heating and cooling had to come and fix it for $300. Feel free to go to Taste of The Windy City and D&M Jewelers on Oneida St. Ashwaubenon and ask them yourself. I'm trying to save you from the mistake I made by hiring this company, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

I made a HUGE mistake of paying him upfront $4,300 for A/C and furnace. He asked for 50% down payment. At that time I made the FULL payment, I thought the job was completed. He started the job before I made the payment. It was just one a/c install and one furnace install. Our tenants had WORKING a/cs' and furnaces prior to this engagement. About a week after FULL payment, one tenant complained of no A/C. another week later another tenant called with no A/C. And tenants were also racking up their own bills trying to keep their business cool for their customers that we eventually compensated for. I paid in full early may when he started and the tenants finally had A/C end of June (one and a half month later). Then we had to pay another a/c company to repair the a/c mike installed after it stopped working the second time. Mike told me I was 80th in line and that he had back log from fall he is still working on (he never relayed this to me until mid june). The only reason I was "pushed ahead of the line" was because i was complaining too much. Our tenants had no a/c during record high heat/humidity. so if he was this behind with a/c's, I could not imagine having our furnace installed by him before winter started. I also paid the furnace in FULL and it was NOT INSTALLED yet to date. My current/working furnace was taken out however by Mike which led me to believe that my tenant would had no heat in the winter (blindsided).
If I was 80th in line, what was the purpose of messing around with my current working a/c and furnace? Why couldn't you just leave it alone until you were ready to complete the project?
I asked for a refund of the furnace portion and of course he refused. He hasn't fulfilled his end of the bargain. He just stole money from us. I was warned not to use him by many, I'm beating myself for giving mike the benefit of the doubt.
Update: the ac unit now not working (after 2 weeks install) and not covered under factory warranty because during installation, it was damaged. This guy's price is really good but if it's good, it's too good to be true. Dont pay till the job is fully completed and working after a few weeks. If you work with him, make sure you have a detail description of what he will be doing, how it will be installed. you need some hvac knowledge to work with him. his invoice was vague and very general. when my ac unit stopped working he told me duct work, piping etc was not included and that's why my unit won't operate correctly i just assumed as with other hvac companies i had hired, all that was part of the invoice and the units are up and running when completed. he's also well versed in breach of contract laws and small claims.

Do you research on this company!
Their estimates are cheap, so cheap that you get what you pay for. I was ripped off and not just that, they didn't finish their work!

They pretty much stole from me! I paid them to do work at my home and now I can't get a hold of them!

After some confusion on billing address,( I had an old address ),
The owner was over the top with a prompt payment for services rendered.
