Vans did an excellent job of scheduling a timely AC repair and having transparency with their fees and timeline. Mike was a joy to work with and helped me understand what he was analyzing and explained the issue in an inclusive way. As a young female homeowner, I would definitely recommend them to everyone! Manuel did a fantastic job. He throughly cleaned the air conditioner including removing mouse nests. His explanation regarding the condition of the compressor was clear and complete.

Manuel did a great job! He found a broken wire on the outside of the air conditioner and fixed it avoiding a problem that could have ruined the compressor (?). The work was perfect!

Ben also did a good job delivering bad news, which isn’t always easy. He did a good job explaining why our AC unit is nearing end of life and why we should consider replacing it.

Van's did a great job installing my home furnace and central AC a few years ago, so I had them back to install a garage heater this fall. As usual, the install service was super fast and professional. With winter now approaching in WI, we went to use the heater seriously for the first time this week and it was tripping a sensor and shutting off. Van's was quick to get a tech out and after a small (free) adjustment to the burner alignment, the unit is operating well and keeping my 3-stall garage nice and toasty! Thanks guys!

The good: Installers were friendly and courteous. Answered all my questions and explained what they were doing. Ductwork modifications they did looked better than I envisioned.
The bad: galvanized bracing support located in-between floor joists in basement was broke and left hanging. A/C unit was hauled away but, the pad A/C rests on was left behind in snowbank next to driveway. Wood chips and saw dust left on cabinets, shelving and basement floor after cutting hole in upstairs floor for air return register. Under powered tool used to cut hole in floor for air return register, filled house with smoke. The wood was burning as it was being cut. Windows, doors had to be opened in 40 degree weather to ventilate house. Had to disconnect smoke alarm that was sounding off. Three days later, still smelling a burnt wood smell within a portion of house.

Furnace went out on Christmas Eve, so not an ideal situation. Ben, the technician, was incredibly professional and polite despite working all day on Christmas Eve. Was upfront and honest about my options. Really happy I was able to have someone come out on a day like today. Kudos to Ben and to Vans!

Dann Hoeppner did a FANTASTIC job! He is SUUUUPPPPER friendly & very knowledgeable! I will be requesting him every single time I need service &/or tune ups!

Service was great! I have a crusty old furnace and I'll need to replace it soon. I'll be sure to have Van's do the install. They're professional, personable, and helpful.

We have been using Van's for years. We had our furnace put in 13 years ago and just upgraded to a larger unit yesterday. We also had them add air conditioning a few years ago as well. Their install team led by Bailey was professional and did a great job.
