Came to home same-day. Called to ensure I knew what time he would arrive. Fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. Friendly while doing so. Will definitely use this business again, should I need to.

Called Tom. He came over that day to fix my AC when all the other places were going to take days. He was fast friendly and didn't take advantage

Our furnace went in the middle of the night. I called 1st thing in the morning. The gentleman that answered let me know they don't handle our brand and it would be quicker

I've called on Gerondale twice over the last couple years for furnace issues at my cabin. Nothing worse than driving 2 hours to your up north retreat and find no heat. Both times their response was outstanding. They were at my cabin within an hour both times. Both times the repairs were done quickly and explained in detail. Pricing was better than fair.
