Professional Heating & Air Conditioning of Green Bay

Have never in my life heard an 24 hour emergency tech ever tell me to they would not touch my system because they didnt do the repair that was done a week ago. But i make sure i will not call during office hours if i am willing to pay the extra to have it fix A.S.A.P. I am glad i didnt have them come out after being super rude on the phone.

Same as person below me wrote. Seemed happy to set up acct but when I gave our name she all of a sudden said they where booked out, but will call back about opening. Next day, poor customer service and lied that a previous argument occurred and could no longer service us. Total B.S. Would never recommend this UNprofessional company.

As of now I've had no issues with our furnace or AC. Have had them service the items twice a year since new in 2007.

Missed an appointment, lied about it (a common issue based on these reviews), and when I pointed out that she was incorrect, lied about it again.
