For a several steps above common department/ grocery store fare, JC Penney is worth a visit. Very nice atmosphere with a wide selection of premium product at good prices. There are real deals to be had if you look.

One person at checkout for 25 in line. I never got to checkout, as I had an appointment and had already stood there for 20 minutes.

Love coming here, plus the built-in Sephora is super handy for my makeup needs. Staff are very friendly with me and with each other!

I never find anything in that store. Way to high of prices. I don't want a shirt to last me 4 years. But at the prices. We need to. They never have anything that stands out from the mall. They even have Carter kid clothes. But the mall is cheaper. Amazon is not always the reason that stores don't make it. There marketing is old school!

If you are looking for a different line of clothing and styles, especially sizes, from other department stores, JC Penny is worth a look. However, I feel they had more of selection of kids clothing as well as home goods years ago before they started revamping the store. I can still find items and good deals here though.

The staff was friendly and the store was clean. Some sections seemed "picked over" and empty but that could be from lack of supply due to increased online shopping during the pandemic.

I would have given 5 stars except I found it annoying when the clothes are so jammed on the racks, you try looking through the clothes and they are falling on the floor! Lots of variety in clothes, beautiful window treatments, an all around nice store with good quality merchandise

Went to pick up an online order that was delayed by almost 2 weeks from original promised delivery date. Make sure you check to your packages ordered a shirt for my husband, got flannel pj pants. Clerk at return desk 12/23/18 @5pm no help. Said didn't have item in stock in store, I could try looking for something else in store. Found similar item but original price $10.00 more. Would not do even exchange even though they had made the mistake. Ask if there was a manager and avoided the question. Left very dissatisfied..minus a Christmas gift for my husband on Dec. 23.

Very busy weekend before Christmas lines were very long as expected, they opened up more checkouts to keep the lines moving this was very nice to see. Every team member we seen were genuinely friendly and helpful.
