I am glad to see JCPenney thriving again. Sizes were limited but all in all it was a great experience. They have a big and tall section for my hubby. Hours are limited as they are short staffed like everyone.

Great deals here. And helpful staff.

Waited 15 minutes for someone to come and assist me in the window blinds department. And when the sales person showed up, she said that the lady was off that day and she couldn't help me. Which is very understandable with the lack of people not wanting to work now days. But what was very disappointing was when the associate radioing to get someone to assist me noone would answer her. I feel that was very disrespectful on behalf of the management to their employee. If management, which I was told was in a meeting would of just answered her back and told her that the sales person in that department was off that day it would of saved me and her alot of time. Just a suggestion place a sign on the table saying that noone is available to help but will be in tomorrow (or whenever someone will be there). My main complaint would be with management and how they treated their employees in that situation that day. It's hard enough to get people to show up and work these days and they should be treated with more respect.

I was next in line to make my purchase. The salesclerk told me it would be a while because the lady at the counter was applying for a credit card. So I was told to go to the jewelry counter, which I did. Just as I got in line there I was told I couldn't be checked out there because he needed to help a customer looking at jewelry. So when I went back to the original checkout line, there were 3 ahead of me. I just left. It was probably no one's fault, but it was not very good customer service.

I am a 1st time Grandma! I told Alex my cashier. She said we have stuffed animals to match the books you purchased, would you like them also? I said Yes!! She called and someone brought them to us. This will be a great Christmas Gift! Thanks Alexis for everything!!

I was looking for a dress to wear to a wedding. I found 4 possibilities, then discovered the fitting rooms were closed. I wasn't going to buy them at $79 & $89 a pop to take them home and try on, only to have to return 3 of them.

Improved since I've been there last. High retail prices that you would expect but there was some decent deals, and "sales" made prices around where they probably should be to start off. Clearance racks have been kind to me, I would give it 5 stars if the place wouldn't make me feel like a peasant that can't afford a Polo shirt that isn't on clearance.

I don't shop here so not much to say about it. Went in to get someone a gift.

We just got our Awkward Christmas photos taken and Hailey knew our vision and was absolutely Amazing!! Could not have asked for a better photographer for our session. Hoping she’s available next year!

9 days out from our wedding and i stopped in Sephora for the first time and Emily was a huge friendly help. I feel bad that the store itself is ransacked by shoppers and help especially good help is hard to find. Glad you have Emily
