Metfab heating was amazing. Called to get an estimate and talked with Jason Meisner and he came out and answered all our questions and didn't try to up sell us at all. The installation was great as well as the installers showed up on time and completed the job on time. They cleaned up everything and we're very professional. I would highly recommend Metfab heating if you want a great product along with great service.

Woke New Years day to a cold house as the furnace had stopped working. Called MetFab that morning and found out they were closed for the holiday. The recording said they would be open the next day at 9:00 A.M. and would return calls in the order they were taken. The next morning about 7:30 A.M. I received a call from MetFab, I explained to a gentleman what the furnace was doing and he said it sounded like the ignitor switch had gone out. He then told me he could have a serviceman out to my place by 8:30 A.M. to take a look at it. Just before 8:30 A.M. Doug arrived and went right to work. In no time at all he had the old ignitor switch removed and found a crack in it. He had the part in his van so within minutes he was replacing the part. The whole job was done within 45 minutes. There is a reason we have been a customer for over 25 years, whether it is annual service or repairs they always continue to give excellant service. Would highly recommend giving them a call when you need service on your furnace or air conditioner. Thanks again Doug and Gary for the great service over the years.

These guys went the extra mile when they installed an AC unit in my back yard. The original plans called for putting the unit in the side yard, which would have left 8 inches between the unit and the fence. There's no way I'm fitting a lawnmower through that gap! Anyway, they did it all. Installed a new pad, ran lines to the new location, hooked up the unit, tested it, and answered all my incessant questions. Right in time for the heat dome. Will definitely be using them again when the time comes.

MetFab is the place you should look for your heating/air-conditioning for your home or business needs. Jason, the office personnel, and the installers were the most respectful, thorough and customer service /satisfaction oriented we have found in the Vancouver /Portland area. We got our Daiken Ductless system a few weeks ago and it is an awesome system. Quiet efficient and so cost effective. Be sure to to METFAB for your heating needs.

Last year our ceiling heat was so ineffective and we had such a high electric bill. Wait til you see how your electric bill drops.

Yesterday the snow was coming down and my gas furnace stopped heating. It was midday, and I started making phone calls to heating companies. All I got was phone answering machines, which I left messages on for a call back. On my ninth call, which was to Metfab, a person answered the phone. I told him my problem. He first apologized because one of his repairmen was out sick, and then he said he would call his other repairman and call me back. Within a half hour he called back saying his repairman was on the way and should be there shortly.
Not long after the repairman arrived, he diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He also looked over and serviced the furnace to make sure I would not have any more problems. I could not be happier.
The next day I started getting calls back from the other heating companies. As of about noon, only three have called me back.
Thank you Metfab; because of you I did not have a cold night.
