Jason, the owner is a straight shooter and a man of his word. He gives a fair price. My furnace was out, and the AC on its last legs. Jason spent time talking through the alternatives. We decided replacement was the best option. Carrier is a quality brand. James and Jason arrived on time and the installation was professional and well done. They are experts in the field and a pleasure to work with.

Great job! The Metfab Team were on time, very knowledgeable and very professional. I had my furnace and air conditioning replaced. Jason provided a straight shooter quote. He responded to my several requests promptly and thoroughly. James, Doug and Trevor spend the day taking out my old system and putting in my new system. Big job! We had James, Trevor and Doug work on our heat pump. Doug was our guy that worked on our heat pump and kept it running for thirty years. James and Trevor put our new heat pump in for us. They were very good and had it done in one day. They explained everything to us and we would definitely have them back in our home again. Great company and great guys working for them.

We had a great experience with Metfab. Jason provided a same-day estimate for the job and James and Trevor provided a quick and professional installation. Very pleased with our new ductless system as well as the service and communication throughout the experience.

Our furnace stopped working overnight. I called Metfab first thing in the morning. I was told they were very busy couldn't be out for several days but might be able to send a technician out later to take a look. They called back and said a technician would be out around 1:30. Mosses showed up right on time found our problem and had us up and running again in about 15 minutes. Mosses was one of the nicest most professional service person . I highly recommend Metfab.

I purchased a Trane heatpump and furnace from Metfab. First of all I was impressed with the bid. The bid was presented to me as if I was a person and not a sales pitch. The install team was prompt professional and answered my questions. They even adjusted a can light that had come dislodged in my kitchen near the unit in my attic. (Above and beyond). I have recommended Metfab to many people. I do not write online reviews before a reasonable amount of time has passed. Planned obsolescence is a thing. I can honestly praise my equipment as reliable and highly functional. Let's just say I had previously done business with another HVAC provider in the "AREA". I would choose Metfab again I would recommend them to people I value.

Heat was turning off randomly after we had snow. Very frustrating! Had to keep flipping the breaker to get it to start. Cleaned flame sensor and dust build up on blower wheel! So appreciate the service and support!!!

My wife and I were in the market for a new furnace and heat pump. Our home had electric wall heat only, and this was a big job to include ducting. We invited several contractors out to look at our home for bids, but Jason was different. He took the time to answer our questions about different products, cost vs benefits, and different rebate incentives and so on. Others we called were much less informative, one was even insulting. The system Jason and his team installed is efficient, quiet and fast at heating and cooling the home. Jason explained how he designed the system as if it was his own home, and I believe it.

This company deserves its excellent reviews. I had an estimate within a couple of days from calling that was the same price as a competitor, but with higher capacity split HVAC units for the same money. Took a while to get the equipment because of the supply issues troubling everybody- i'd have had the same issue anywhere, and Jason was honest and correct in stating a fair lead time. Installation for the electrical, compressor and 4 splits was under seven hours, very good work done very quickly by James, Trevor and the electricians. James talked me through everything afterwards, and made sure I had no unanswered questions or concerns. They scheduled the inspection, they did the paperwork for the rebate i'll receive, all i had to do was listen, shake hands, and pay. I would easily recommend this company to everyone. Call them first! :)
