Metfab Heating & Cooling

We are pleased with the excellent work by METFAB technicians, James and Trevor, installing our HVAC system (furnace and air conditioning). They were on time, efficient and did precision work. James went over the paper work with us and they did a thorough job cleaning up.

We have hired MetFab Heating twice since 2012 and are very pleased with the quality of work performed and attention to detail both times. They initially installed a Daikin ductless heat pump system with two heads in our historic Uptown bungalow to supplement baseboard heat and provide cooling in the summer. This year, we added another head to a second bedroom and three heads and new compressor to the finished basement. Jason Meisner was the estimator for both jobs and responded to my phone calls and emails promptly and scheduled the work within the week. The technicians skillfully completed the tasks both times in one day and cleaned up thoroughly. I recommend this reliable and competent company without reservation and will definitely call on them again.

My AC went out the night of the 113. I tried to use Angie’s List to book a repair appointment they cancelled 3 times. Found Metfab on yellow pages app. Called on Monday appt Tuesday. Gary was on time very professional and made the repair . The price seemed fine. Would definitely use again .

Met fab installed new heating system with heat pump to replace failed heat pump. They ere efficient and on time and did an excellent job at a fair price.

I have used this company for several years. This year I had to replace my heating/ac system. James and Terence did a great job. Very informative, cleaned up everything, explained and answered all my questions. Couldn't have asked for anyone better. I love my new unit!!

Great service. Our AC failed yesterday and it is going to be hot this weekend...and we have a BBQ planned for tomorrow. I contacted Jason at Met Fab early this morning and he had a technician to my house within an hour. He found the problem and quickly made the repair. Very professional and reasonably priced. There was no additional fee for the "rush". Thanks Met Fab!

We just had mefab install our unit today and the guys were wonderful. James and Bryce (I hope I'm spelling his name correctly) were prompt and very hard working. This isn't the first time we had used metfab services and they didn't disappoint. Prices are fair, but customer service is #1. I highly recommend using them for heating and cooling needs. Metfab has gone above our expectations for customer service, fair pricing and amazing employees. 18 mos ago they found we needed new bolts for our old heat pump but they no longer made them. Gary spent 3 weeks looking for them on old units as they came into the boneyard. He found them and they charged us $2 for them. The fore mentioned heat pump died recently and we went with Metfab for our new heat pump because we got a fair price and knew that Jason and his employees would have our back if we needed them. The install with Doug, James and Sean was done very professionally. They answered my questions and set everything to our specification. It has been a very good experience.

Love this company! We have had multiple other companies out to address the drainage issue with our AC and we're told some rediculous things that "needed to be done" to fix the issue. Met Fab comes and solves the issue right away! And they are upfront about everything before they get started so you don't feel ripped off or shell shocked if the price becomes more than you first agreed on due to extra work that needs done. Love having a quality company I can count on to get the job done right and really address our concerns:).
