These people are so nice and very honest!!! Gary who does our maintenance is so friendly and fun to talk too, he told us our unit was on its last leg and totally explained and showed us what was wrong. We had a new unit put in with air conditioning and they were very careful and cleaned everything up and explained everything before they left. Amanda in the office will take care of you totally and she is very knowledgeable about the units and the business. We would highly recommend Metfab.

Metfab installed a new HVAC system in a day. James, Trevor, and Doug were very professional. I had a lot of questions and they were accommodating to explain the systems to me. They identified a missing return duct that may be installed downstairs to enhance the HVAC system. Our family has worked with Jason over 20 years and we would not call anyone else for our HVAC needs. After nearly 30 years it was time to replace our HVAC system. Jason came out and gave us a bid. Metfab Heating &Cooling had the replacement equipment we needed. A week later, Jason and his crew, James & Trevor we're here at
8 am in the morning and had us up and running by 4 pm. Completely installed, had the electrician on sight with the inspector coming the following Monday. We are so impressed with how smooth everything went. James and Trevor are the nicest guys. Our questions were always answered. I highly recommend this company for any future HVAC needs. We are very pleased with the service we received from Metfab. Professional, responsive, good value and all around great experience. James and Trevor were awesome with the unit install and the electricians (sorry forgot their names) all did a good job, were fast and efficient and the areas were spotless when they left. Also very patient and understanding as we have a house full of kids.

After calling 17 HVAC companies when our system died on a very cold day in December with 3 little kids/babies in the home, Jason at Metfab was the only one who asked how we were doing, made sure we had space heaters, and checked in on us. He came out for a quote on his lunch break, and got us into the schedule ASAP.
