I am very pleased with the Carrier Infinity furnace, AC, and dual-zone system installed by this team. They were very professional, thorough, and cleaned things up nicely when they were done. I had a few questions and requests during the install and they were very accommodating to make sure I was satisfied with their work. I highly recommend MetFab for anyone looking to install or replace an HVAC system.

I have been using Metfab for over 15 years. Both Doug and Gary have come out over the years for the annual maintenance of our heating/cooling systems and they are always thorough and professional. Today, I found the same with both James and Trevor who replaced a pump. I appreciate their cleanliness, their courtesy and their knowledge in connecting the new pump. I can always count on any employee of Metfab for being on time and professional.

After 38 years with baseboard heating and stuffing an air conditioner into the window each summer we chose Metfab Heating off the PUD list for a new ductless system. Jason did an excellent Job explaining it all when he came to give us an estimate. James and Trevor showed up exactly on time and were neat and professional as they installed it. The electricians they had also were very efficient and courteous. It was a big job made painless and stress free by this reputable business. We highly recommend Metfab.

My neighbor has used Metfab for years so when the heat exchanger on my furnace failed I called them for a bid. Jason came out the same day and made a couple of suggestions that would improve overall performance of the new system. James arrived on time and he and his associate worked through the day
to complete the furnace/AC install as quoted. With their own fab shop no waiting on ducting. Their price was
very close to my other bid but with the recommended improvements and their ability to schedule the job in short order to maximize my Energy Trust rebate it made sense. Thanks to Jason, James and the crew for a

I used Met Fab to install a complete HVAC system in a older home. I’m now sitting in a very comfortable living room with no noise of portable A/Cs running it’s so quiet. Jason came out in the spring & gave us an estimate & we decided to have them do it. He had to order the unit & of course everything is on back order. He got everything in & scheduled us for install on 7/26 today is 7/27 & it’s all done & a super high quality clean job. Goodbye Cadet wall heaters hello Carrier. I can’t say enough good about their employees James, Trevor, & Doug, their professionalism, knowledge, experience and friendliness made this a great experience. Metfab installed our main ductless heat pump about 10 years ago. We decided to add a second unit at the other end of our house. I ordered the equupment and the Metfab crew and an electrician installed it this morning. Everyone was professional and competent. The installation done perfectly!

We couldn't be more satisfied with the new heating/cooling system by Carrier. This new system is as promised by Jason, whether is be price, efficiency or sound levels.
I can't say enough about the professionalism shown by James, Trevor and Doug. Everything from their trade craftsmanship,, friendliness, down to the clean-up to the minute detail.
Also, their electrical contractor, Just in Time Electrical were spectacular. Especially due to some of the space constrictions.

I began smelling an electrical odor when the heating would kick on. I alerted the owners of the Condo and told them I was calling the heating company to have it checked out. This was just days before the 3 snow storms that hit us recently in February.
Jason came out and tested and checked the furnace and determined that the blower engine was burned out. The system was already 30+ years old and instead of just fixing the part the owners decided to replace the furnace and heat pump. Jason worked hard to help keep the costs down. We could not turn the furnace back on, so I would be without heat for a week during the snowstorms and the replacement would be a week out. Metfab made sure that I had two space heaters to keep myself as warm as possible.
James and Pearson came out to install the Furnace and Heat Pump. They were amazing. They were professional and polite. They laid down tarps in the house where they would be working, so that the house stayed clean from all the mud and snow. They kept me updated on how things were progressing throughout the day. They explained everything to me after the install and made sure I understood how to use the new Thermostat and what to do when they come out to inspect the work. When they were completed they cleaned up everything afterwards and took everything with them, leaving the area clean and nice. The new Furnace and Heat Pump are so quiet and work so well. I am very grateful to Metfab and highly recommend them. I could not have asked for better customer service and professional work.
