I don’t know where to start …. James and his two helpers Nathan and Ben were amazing ! They were punctual and explained how it was going to work etc etc… I felt so comfortable that I decided to run errands .. this guys were so professional- i also met some of the electricians and they were also super professional and fast. At the end of their work they clean up so well that if it wasn’t for the very nice new cooling system in our house we would have never known there were here most of the day….

Excellent response to ductless system failure. Same day system recommendation of new Daikin system and immediate commitment. Worked to find fastest schedule. The installation A-Team (James, Trevor, and Ben) arrived on-time and completed the install within 7 hours. They efficiently multitasked and cross-checked all of their work. They were courteous throughout the installation and left the house in very clean condition. They offered training and supported my particular requirements. We discussed best practices for cleaning the outside ‘with care’. Considering my experiences with installation and service, I’d recommend MetFab to anyone.

Jason and his helpful team were on time and quick to start. They worked with my family to create the best possible solution for our situation in our home. I asked them many questions, and all were answered with detailed explanations, that included kind voices. All employees were kind and pleasant with our kids. We've been happy with the service over the past few years. They've helped with maintenance (Doug has been great) when needed and always available when we needed them, including quick call backs. They just replaced our furnaces and A/C units and did a great job. Jason, the owner, does all the sales consultations himself, which I like. He's super knowledgeable, friendly, and quick with the quotes. They only use Carrier which is one of the best brands, and the installation crew (James, Ben, and Trevor) was great to work with too - quick, respectful, and took care of anything needed (no hidden fees, etc). They make it easy. I recommend them to friends looking for an HVAC company.

This company has served me well over 30 years. My heat pump finally had to be replaced and, after several proposals, I choose to stay with Metfab Heating and cooling. Yesterday James, Trevor and Ben came to install my new heat pump.
Extremely professional and knowledgeable, they performed a great job. They were on time, worked diligently with respect to my house (cleaned worked areas). After a last check up on the equipment, they made sure I knew how to operate my machine and answered my questions.

We have been a customer of MetFab's since we bought our house and they were the company who had installed and serviced our unit. Anytime we have had issues or a breakdown, they do their best to get to us as fast as they can. Last week our unit decided that it was done, Jason pulled some strings and got us an install appointment in just a few days, when it was install day, James and his boys came out and in less than 5 hours installed a whole new unit. Very friendly and efficient. Awesome prices too! Recommend them highly! Girls in the office are great too!

With the temperature rising our AC went out .after a call to Metfab there would be a waiting list for service. The next day I received a call from the Boss man himself and within an hour he was at my door to investigate the problem. And like magic he found the problem and fixed it. When ask why he was working he said it's the 4th holiday and hot weather was coming and they were trying to get as many customers taken care of ASAP. I call that not just good service but EXCEPTIONAL service! THANK YOU METFAB

Great company. I needed furnace repair. My first great experience started with the a phone call. Amanda was a great listener, helpful and very knowledgeable. Doug the technician was respectful, thorough and provided a comprehensive repair report allowing me to decide. Jeanie was also great on the phone answering questions.
Appointments on time, service great and would recommend to everyone in the area. Their response time was great. I called on a Monday and my furnace was fixed Wednesday after they overnighted replacement parts and the price was lower then I expected.

A COOL SOLUTION TO BEAT THE HEAT

Our home was built in 1973, and had radiant ceiling heat (yeah, we all know how efficient that is) and cadet wall heaters in a couple of rooms. We knew it was going to be pricy since we were essentially building a complete system from scratch. We’ve been planning for several years to upgrade to central heat and air conditioning and ditch the inefficient heat sources and all the window air conditioners (4 of them). I had several contractors come to bid the job. One of the first bids was shockingly pricey and the amount of time it would take seemed quite long. Since I am able to work remote from my home office, I had the flexibility to be there during the project. A friend of ours recommended MetFab Heating and Cooling (a local small business) that his relatives used for their project, so I had them come out and do a bid as well. Jason presented several options to provide the most efficient and cost-effective solution for the size of our home, without pushing an upsell to a different brand. All the options that Jason presented had similar warranties and provided a rebate from the Clark County PUD. After several bids, researching the products being used, and much deliberation, we finally settled on MetFab Heating and Cooling. They proposed a price and install time that was very competitive with others in our area and they weren’t one of those “Big Box” companies but rather a small local business (we try to support small local businesses rather than the BB companies). Once the install team was onsite, they were able to get the complete install done within three days, which included having an electrician come out to do all the high voltage wiring and disconnect all of the radiant ceiling heater and cadet heaters both at the wall thermostat and at the breaker panel. They were very mindful of my meetings throughout my workday, our small dogs (can’t have them getting out by accident) and keeping the inside of our home free of dust and debris. Due to me working from home, they made sure I was informed of when things could get noisy so I could prepare if needed. Once the install was completed, the install team showed me all the work that was completed and made sure I was completely satisfied and then went through the process of filter changes and operation of the new programable thermostat. When we designed the system, we wanted the furnace up in the attic (out of sight, out of mind) due to space limitations in our garage and wanted a heat pump that didn’t take up a large footprint outside and wasn’t an eye sore. These conditions were satisfied!

The install of our new central heat/ac system was done about a month ago. I wanted to give a little time to ensure we were happy with the new system and we didn’t have any questions. So far, we’re extremely happy with how our home is the same temperature in all rooms and how easy the system is to operate and maintain. We’ve had a few days in the last month where the outside temperature was 90°+ outside, and the inside of our home remained right a consistent 68°! 😊 The system is so quiet inside the house, you can’t even hear it when it’s running. Even going up into the attic, you can barely hear the furnace running. The heat pump outside is quiet enough to have a conversation right next to it during operation, in a normal conversation voice. Winter is coming and we are excited to see how the new system performs through the colder months.
