Had Greenwood install a new boiler (Buderus 132K BTU) and indirect water heater, to replace out 100 year old boiler. Great company and great experience. They ran into a few unexpected hiccups after they disconnected out hot water heater and installed the new one, and STAYED until after 9 PM on a Friday night to make sure that we had hot water! We got three bids, and Greenwood was the lowest. Very happy! Basically unlimited hot water with the indirect setup. More than 3 times more powerful than a standard natural gas water heater!

Mohammed was courteous and friendly. He did call to let us know he was running late. He serviced our two units. Hope we see him next year.

John provided excellent service for my split air HVAC system. I can count on Greenwood to keep my system working well during those cold and hot days.

I'm a 30 year customer, and for a long time Greenwood was a fine company, and worth the extra money, but this has changed dramatically over the last few years, and I would suggest that you go elsewhere, since they no longer seem to care about customers, relationships, loyalty, reponsiveness, and reasonable pricing. I have had two emergencies over the past three months and called for help in the night as my hot water tank leaked all over my basement. I waited two hours and never received a call back. I needed a replacement and received an email with a price of 50% more than any other dealer in town. I never even received a call or follow up about my water heater. I pay $180 a year in advance for my winter maintenance check, which is supposed to give me priority and a discount. The onus is on the customer to schedule, and when I tried recently, I was told mid April, for my Winter maintenance. The agent treated me like I had never been a customer, and told me that they had a problem with techs. Everything about the last six months with Greenwood has been a problem, and considering the significant up cost to do business with them, I must say, They are not worthy.

Very tight space and complicated routing of replacement exhaust ducting.
Worked and no dripping leak now. Took longer to get it perfect! Glad tech was experienced and efficient!

Ben and new person, can't remember his name were great. My heater stopped but I was able to get it back going before they came. They checked it all out and gave me possible reasons why it went out. Super nice. Will definitely use them for my regular maintenance schedule.

Very happy with the water heater maintenance done by Stephen. He was very professional and also answered all of my questions. Given that I’ve just moved in and didn’t know anything about the unit, this ended up being a lot.

Greenwood Heating was on time, performed the service in a timely manner and gave tips for keeping the system in good working condition for a long time.

Our heater was not connecting with our thermostat so called Greenwood Heating to see what repairs needed to be done. Ben arrived promptly and went straight to work. (For about an hour and a half) He worked professionally and courteously. Reviewed with us the repairs that needed to be done on our 29 year old heater. Concluded that getting a new heater was the best solution.
